Not enough staff, always out of stuff no matter what dunkin. Kids on phones not focused 😒. Dunkin falls way behind. Way over priced for such garbage.

I come here occasionally, and it is by far the slowest dunkin in the state. 30 minutes for a coffee should be a punishable offense.

the workers here are delightful and very fast workers given the circumstances, but the manager, karen, seems to be as helpful as a sack of potatoes. while i was in store ordering, she left one worker on the floor as she went out for what seemed to be her third smoke break of my time there. the worker was left alone to deal with a rush of orders as karen was out back. i heard her send another worker out to do a task that is usually done at closing, leaving this worker alone. when the worker asked for help from karen, karen replied “no, i’m done with floor work today.” this clearly shows a complete disregard to the people under her management, and is quite honestly disgusting to experience.
edit: as i have written this, karen has been on a 15 minute smoke break, leaving her employees to work alone. one person had to come in on his day off to pick up the slack she was leaving.

I'm sitting in the drive thru as I write this. I have been sitting in this drive for 20 MINUTES. I pulled into the parking lot at 8:30....it's now been 21 minutes and I still have a car in front of me getting their food. This is absolutely not okay. I'm not sure what's going on inside. But you all need to get your stuff together. People need to get to work. We don't plan on having to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee....unreal. now I'm late for work...thanks dunkin! .....22 minutes....lord help this place.

This location has to be the worse run Dunkin’ I have ever been to. The girl at the window was extremely rude after I waited in drive thru 20 mins. She had no idea what the order was. When I told her four times she still kept bringing the wrong order. They need better training and possibly new management. Should be no reason for these wait times.

The service at this Dunkin is always great however, whoever orders, the croissants, the munchkins the drinks there are several things that this Dunkin’ Donuts is out of when I go there today all three things that I wanted on my order not there whoever orders the items for the store really needs to step it up. The manager obviously is not making sure things are being ordered. Make sure you call before you go to this Dunkin because your items will most likely not be available.

My sausage croissant was barely warm and smashed the hash browns tasted like a dirty grill and my two donuts were thrown in the bag mushed together

Ridiculously slow. Waiting in Drive-thru for over half an hour, and guaranteed coffee is different everytime.
