Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns. Drive thru was quick until I got to the window. The sandwich I ordered and paid for was not available so I was forced to pick another that was not of equal dollar value. Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru window while I watched employees serve 10+ customers inside the establishment. The breakfast sandwich came out flat and burnt black. Normally I wouldn’t write a review but I just spent $20 and I don’t even get to enjoy my food.

This dunkin is the worst ever they are so slow they sell you food they dont have then tell you at the window i recommend driving to a lewiston dunkin over coming here, the staff can be mega rude on top of this, so dont waste your time or money here and youll wait in line for at least 20 mins every trip

Don't bother trying to get a coffee here unless it's high noon! Not only are they unacceptably slow but they open whenever they feel like it!! Despite having hours posted they rarely open on time OR stay open until the time posted. It's the worst Dunkin in a 20 mile radius

Not enough staff, always out of stuff no matter what dunkin. Kids on phones not focused 😒. Dunkin falls way behind. Way over priced for such garbage.

the workers here are delightful and very fast workers given the circumstances, but the manager, karen, seems to be as helpful as a sack of potatoes. while i was in store ordering, she left one worker on the floor as she went out for what seemed to be her third smoke break of my time there. the worker was left alone to deal with a rush of orders as karen was out back. i heard her send another worker out to do a task that is usually done at closing, leaving this worker alone. when the worker asked for help from karen, karen replied “no, i’m done with floor work today.” this clearly shows a complete disregard to the people under her management, and is quite honestly disgusting to experience.
edit: as i have written this, karen has been on a 15 minute smoke break, leaving her employees to work alone. one person had to come in on his day off to pick up the slack she was leaving.
