Bought some Pad Thai didn't appear to have any sauce on it after attempting to eat in a few hours later went back and wanted to buy extra sauce and was told you have to eat it right away when you buy it or it will soak up the sauce and they would not sell me any sauce very poor customer service

Got delivery.. door dash $70 for 2 combination plates and an order of crab rangoons. Cabbage in egg rolls was completely uncooked. Cabbage and carrots in one of the meals completely uncooked. Small portions. Do not order thru door dash! Unsure if it's different inside the restaurant

First time and last time going to this place. What a disappointment! Beef teriyaki was not teriyaki. Genl Tsao chicken was overcooked, tough and had no flavor. Beef with mixed vegetables had so much broccoli in it that I could've started a freakin tree farm! Duck sauce was so watered down that it had no flavor. And I can't even give a review on the crab Rangoon because they forgot it! Called to complain about no Rangoon in my order. The woman could've cared less. I paid over $70 for my measley order and she claims they didn't charge us. I call bull**it!! Not one good thing to say about Kongs. Not sure how they're still in business. They will not get one penny from me ever.

I have been here three times in the seven years I've lived in this town. Each time only when the Chinese restaurant across the street is closed. It is quite easily and supremely the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten in my life. If I could give it no stars I would. Food is dry, flavorless, and poorly prepared.

Got takeout. Was made quick and it was so delicious. Had not tried this place yet but very impressed. much improvement from the prior tenant China noodle! I’ll definitely be ordering here again.

We had general Tao's chicken and chop suey Actually, the chop suite wasn't half bad, but it wasn't really great.Either the general Tao's chicken was very tough and breading? And the chicken fingers was tough. It was almost as if I feel everything had been reheated in the microwave. Everything was tough, the meat was tough. The dough around The chicken fingers were tough and hard to chew. And the duck sauce seemed to be diluted tremendously and very thin. As well as not very flavorful. It was like water. I'm sorry, but I won't go back there again.

I bought stick on the stick. I had one steak on a stick and the second one had a tiny piece of meat. I do think I will not come back. I will drive into Augusta to get better Chinese food then go to Winthrop. your restaurant looks dirty

The crab Rangoons were awesome but I also ordered large house rice noodles for $17.00 and it came in a 3 inch x 4 inch box. About the size of a muffin before all the delivery and other fees were applied. My first and last experience with this restaurant as the price for what you get is not comparable to other Asian restaurants in the area

Great food, fast service, efficient location, would be nice if they could have a full restaurant, but sometimes minimal works out best.
