Tonite while ordering our girl could not understand that one foot long for 2 people. She just acted like I did not know how to order a footling. MY 1st time I ate in a subway was 1989. Then under her breath she said some smart ass commit. I asked her what she said. She mumbles something else. This is in Winthrop Maine. So now you will never see me again. I will post this bad customer service on other sites.

The two ladies working together at night yesterday were fantastic. When we walked in they were very busy with online orders. They were both moving fast and acknowledged we were there, and took care of us quickly. Appreciate their energy and customer service, they are both assets.

This store has gone down hill in the past 3 weeks I went in today some grubby guy long hair full beard dirty pant down to his knees left his hair in my sandwich
When I asked to have it remade I was told get over it . It happens an walked away the hole time the manger was on the phone screaming at someone about pills..... I use to come here daily but I'll drive up the road augsta what happen to all them nice clean employees in 3 weeks

Ordered online a meatball marinara bowl with extra meatballs (2.50 charge) got home and only had the 8 that comes with it. Called the store and was told that it only comes with 4 meatballs and I got 8 so I got the extra. Well, that's not how it's described on the website. It clearly states it comes with 8 meatballs. So, long story short, and I realize it's ONLY 2.50, but with everything so overpriced you should get what you ordered and paid for, not less!!!
I got screwed & took the loss!

I have frequented this subway many times, and the service is poor, to say the least, 2 employee Kriesten was busy making online orders, phone is always ringing and i have never seen it answered, anytime I have visited this subway. Employee Amber proceeded to take metal carts, ect.... out back as we stand at the counter, after waiting approximately 6 minutes I asked if we could get a sandwich, which she replied with a vague "ya" Employees are never friendly, smiling, or even say hello when walking through the door. I have only witnessed this at Winthrop subway, in the future we will drive to Augusta subway as we have tried Winthrop many times and service has never improved, very poor service!

I ordered online buy one get one free or half price whatever it was. I got a meatball sub and the bread was so mutilated dry it just wasn’t worth eating. Took the meatballs out and put them in a piece of bread at home this is the Winthrop.subway

Server was great Buttttt $30 for 2 subs ???? U kidding me ???? Got a footlong tuna and the portion size BARELY COVERED THE BOTTOM so I Had to get double meat to achieve a Normal Regular Sized sub... And I got an American... No bacon or anything fancy ... THIRTY DOLLARS FOR 2 SUBS !!!!! YIKES ... whatever happened to $ 5 Dolla Footlongs???? 30 bucks for 2 subs Subway how do u Sleep at night ??? Whoever owns this one should b Ashamed of Themselves... FACT!

Tomatoes and other vegetables don't always look that fresh. For a fast food chain they are expensive. Workers expect tips when they don't bring your food to your table.
