I am from Colorado and didn’t really “get” bagels until I got to the east coast but damn was this bagel good. I picked the rosemary and sea salt with Maine maple cream cheese and I’m addicted.
Perhaps, one of the best bagel sandwiches I have had in ages! Rosemary, Olive oil, and salt bagel use for my Caprese sandwich with a drizzle of balsamic! The addition of the spices put the sandwich over the top. Barely warmed but expertly done. Washed it down with a Lemon Ginger tea…Cannot wait to visit the doctor again! Lox and cream cheese would be my next choice.
First, how to find it:
We parked in the street across from Pickles’. You’ll see a flag for the cafe in front of an old mill building. Walk towards the parking lot behind the old mill building. There will be a green and glass door with a sign. The entrance is the door right inside.
Bagels were great and owner was very friendly and personable! We had The Two Cent (curry chicken salad) and Caprese bagel sandwiches! They were so good! Highly recommend...
