Unique coffee shop in that service (and ownership ?) is by the older retirement age generation. Very cool and unique as every other coffee place has a super young vibe. It felt very local and comfortable! Sweet

Cuppa Jo is the finest place to have breakfast anywhere on Route 1, from Key West to Caribou (does anyone know how Caribou got its name?). The mystery spice bagel is wonderfully aromatic of Middle Eastern spices, and when you slap a couple of perfectly cooked eggs and a slice of Swiss on that bad boy, your mouth will thank you all day. The dark roast coffee -- served in artisanal, ornate mugs -- is delicious, and the employees bring varsity-level hospitality skills to bear. Chat them up about anything from 1960s funk to 19th century Chinese culture, and you'll come away learning something. One thousand stars for Cuppa Jo and its superb crew!

Had a great Cafe Latte and a delicious Bagel at Cuppa Jo's. I would definitely come back next time in town.

A perfect local gem - Cuppa Jo’s nails it.
Stopped in for a quick bite and walked out thoroughly impressed. I ordered a cappuccino and an egg & cheese on a bagel, and both absolutely hit the spot.
The cappuccino was smooth, rich, and beautifully balanced - not too bitter, not too milky - just right. You can tell they care about their coffee craft.
But the real surprise? The egg & cheese bagel. Simple on paper, but Cuppa Jo’s executes it with just the right toast, melty cheese, and that fresh, satisfying bite that makes you want to order a second one.
Atmosphere? Warm and welcoming. Staff? Friendly and quick. It’s the kind of place you want to become a regular at.
If you're nearby and craving a real breakfast sandwich and a quality coffee - don’t think twice. Cuppa Jo’s is the spot.

Perfect Ham, Egg& Cheese sandwich. We also had veggie cream cheese on a bagel. Both were delicious. Cute little cafe, owner was walking around talking and was so nice to everyone. We will definitely return if we are in the area again.
Got a couple muffins to go also.
Delightful little gem! Service staff are lovely and accommodating, the coffee is delicious and breakfast sandwiches are made to order. Great place to sit and relax with a cuppa joe. My partner and I feel welcome and have never been treated poorly. Definitely a gay-friendly establishment.

Excellent coffee and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The staff checked on me regularly and offered refills for my coffee. I never felt rushed or pressured to leave my seat. The mystery spice bagel was indeed mysterious; I am still not quite sure what was on it, but it tasted very good.
Best coffee in town
Went here after terrible service at Clayton's. This place values it's customers. Great coffee and amazing atmosphere
Anti LGBTQ establishment. I’m trying to sit and enjoy my coffee while the people working have a conversation about not using “they/them” pronouns for nonbinary people because it’s “too hard” and “they should have to wait until they’re adults”. We can put a man on the moon but we can’t call someone “they”?? Go back to grammar school. Trans and nonbinary people deserve the same respect as anyone else. I really don’t want to sit and listen to this kind of conversation because it’s just offensive and rude. If I wanted to listen to bigoted discussions I’d go to a Trump rally. If you are a trans person, DONT go here. Also, the cinnamon stick was way too sweet. Never going here again.
Super cute little coffee shop! Great place to hang out & eat some delicious baked goods too :) Everyone is friendly, love the atmosphere.
