This is Dunkin. I’m disappointed they’ve gotten away from their roots which was coffee and donuts. They can be busy and prices for a coffee are getting ridiculous. Coffee is good but inconsistent and can be weak.

Aditha is miserable and she takes it out on her employees. Bill the manager is useless and doesn’t do anything to help he’s lazy and he enables his employees to be disrespectful. Stay as far away from here as you can. It’s worth it to drive a few miles to the next one.

Waited a very long time in the drive-through, which is no problem, got our coffee and they tasted terrible. Asked for them to modify them which they did. They were still awful. Had to then go inside and be ignored for 5+ minutes to ask for cream and sugar.

My child has worked at this Dunkin location for over a year, so, I am quite partial F.Y.I. But, they do keep it clean & do a good job serving us all-here at the Pleasant Street, Brunswick, ME location.

So painfully slow!! Friendly staff...but not enough or not trained in efficient process..... Managment or more likely failure on owners part. Update: and now charging for larhe but not filling the cup up. Worst dunkin ever

Its an ok DD spot. Sometimes the staff seems a little off. That one older chick looks like she might have hidden in a closet with a meat cleaver at one point. You know the one Im talking about. She kind of scares me. But the coffee is usually decent 👌
We got our coffee after waiting for a decent amount of time and both cups were full of foam there was hardly any drink in it. dropped one going out the door, got a new one, no extra charge ( the only good thing) to get another full cup of foam. The workers seemed disconnected, no greetings or smiles, nothing.
