Small, crowded looking shop. Felt more like a storage closet than a coffee shop, very poorly organized. Staff was not knowledgeable, and seemed very under trained. Manager completely avoided customers, pretending to be busy moving things around. Sandwhich and coffee were average for Dunkin, I've had better at other locations. Won't bother coming back, treated far better at other locations nearby. Should consider closing this location, I don't want storage closet coffee from rude people.

I get my sandwhich just heated up. never toasted. when calling the workers out on how my sandwhich is not toasted the say i'm wrong or oh thats how we do it....... you guys lie... poor business model. Taking a bagel putting egg and frozen meat then running it through a toaster is NOT toasting. coffee is nasty, watered down or some sugar water with coffee flavorning. order black coffee get coffee flavored water. get 2/2 or 0/1 and I end up with a sugar bomb. DO NOT GO HERE save yourself the disapoinment and go to the gas station across the street it has better watered down coffee. does only drivethrough the thing that takes my money often is rude. i smile and say hi or good morning..... i get the total number and a disapointing look.....

Service is awful, food is mediocre, at best. There seemed to be coolers or something in the "dining" area, although I usr that term loosely. No tables in sight. They seem to want you to order using the screen or through the app. Luckily, my 11 year old isn't as weary of DIY as I am. :)

I do not recommend.3 girls behind the counter. 1 girl actually working. Blonde with glasses. 2 brunettes were standing around yapping. Zero work. We ordered 3 donuts and it took over 5 minutes for them to get to us. 1 car in the drive thru. The two yappers were doing nothing but flapping their gums.The blonde girl came out to help some people with the terminal, because she actually works.Another girl showed up, brunette with glasses, she was doing work.Older gentleman showed up, he also was doing work.I typed this whole thing while standing here waiting for my donuts, slowly, the service here is not good.
