My wife and I are in town from Augusta, GA. Happened to see this place when we were coming up with dinner plans. Brandon gave us a great experience. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was good. Will definitely come back next time we're in Maine.

I came into Otto’s yesterday for the very first time and let me just say the customer service I received from Marita was some of the best service I’ve ever had in my life. She was extremely welcoming, polite, and treated me like I was a regular customer. I highly recommend stopping by to grab a slice and receive some extremely professional customer service. Safe to say I’m a new regular. Thank you Marita!

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. The food is absolutely amazing and competitive, but even the north end in Boston as far as. The quality and taste around the staple product focusing on their pizza, but the experience goes even further than that yesterday there were two employees Liv Marita who were the very best at making me feel welcomed and actually appreciated and they were the only employees there at the time and it was very impressive to have that innate customer service that carried me through the day in a great mood and it showed where people were asking me at work what got me into a good mood? Well, that is an equation that I think you should go home and try to experience yourself.. When you were there asked for liv in Marita, and understand why I wrote this review

Ive never had so many issues at a restaurant before. I am a dasher and I CONSTANTLY get orders from this store that have either been picked up already, or cancelled without our knowledge. We had to wait 1 hour once just for them to pretend we never asked for the order 3 times. Every single time we try to pick up an order, we have to sit outside with dasher support for 10-20 minutes just to get half of our money because they NEVER have the order or someone else picked it up. Also, it should NOT be allowed for people to order delivery and then pick it up themselves?? It wastes our time, tanks our numbers, and makes us avoid ever picking up from this particular ottos. I've NEVER had these issues with other Ottos. Fix your systems, stop giving orders to the person who ordered delivery and not the person picking up the order, and actually CANCEL the order on the doordash tablet so dashers DONT get the order and waste their time / money / gas!! So frustrating. Plus they are usually in the back of the restaurant and take forever to greet you. Do better. So sick of this.

Great place to grab a quick bite of pizza. Get Double Crust, the standard crust is a little thin. You can purchase by the slice as well. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer here for about nine years. I am local, and I have gotten their Caesar salad every time I go. They have switched up their recipe many times, but it has never been as good as the first time I ate it. Now, the dressing is watery and dry. There is hardly any flavor, and they have put less and less lettuce every year. I can only taste water in this salad with a touch of lemon. It used to be my favorite, and now it's just bad.

I remember when Ottos was all the rage however, I remember more that their ingredients were substantial not skimpy. Ordered a mashed potato, bacon, scallion pizza, and the bacon was nonexistent the best I could describe it is as Having three crumbs of bacon. Lots of mash, lots of scallion three crumbs of bacon.

Otto failed me again. Otto's pizza is unique and tasty, but it is not worth the risk. I've tried maybe half a dozen times, with about a 50% success rate of actually getting things right the first time (or at all).

Today, I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on their website. 2 hours later I called to ask about the pizzas, and the gentlemen who answered said my pizzas had been sitting there for over an hour. I asked if they were going to be delivered, and he said they have no delivery driver, and the website should not have let me put in a delivery order. He offered to put in another order (that I would have to pick up) as the pizzas were soggy, but he could not or would not move my pizzas to the front of the queue, and said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I asked for a refund, ordered from Pat's, and had hot pizzas in my hand 20 minutes later.

I understand that mistakes are made, and things get busy, and staff is short, etc. As I mentioned I've had problems at Otto before. It is inexcusable to not have a someone or a process to take care of problems and resolve them for the customer. You are in a service business. At Otto, it feels like you are a number, and they don't care because they have 30 other orders right behind you.

So disappointed! Usually Otto puts out one of my favorite pizzas, their mashed potato & bacon has always been one of my favorite. Stopped by the Yarmouth Otto today and got a barely warm, crust of cardboard, hardly any mashed potato, slice. The worst I've ever had at any Otto. Did they change their recipe? Do they have untrained staff or bad cooks? Maybe they just have too many places now to keep up quality. I'm not sure that I will bother to stop in again at any location. Sad, one of my favorite places now crossed off my list.

I was forced to order online. I had questions that couldn’t get answered. I tried phoning no answer.
So I took a leap of faith and ordered online the website said to be here in about 20 minutes. I arrived at about 20 minutes or 25 minutes later they said it would be another half hour
One of my questions was how quickly can I get This its time sensitive
If I could’ve left zero stars I would have
