Every time I order pizza they get something wrong. They leave requested items off or they are late. Very frustrating. Last order on a specially pizza I added asparagus, which had the tough untrimmed ends still on, I mean really? Gross, not special at all.

Came by an hour before closing, normally people would not be welcoming but this place treated us like the shift just started there was no rush. Kristen was our waiter and she did a phenomenal job making sure everything was perfect and all our questions were answered. Besides customer service, the pizza was phenomenal and the beer was COLD. Highly recommended!

There’s no taste to the food frozen hamburger patties. My friend had chicken sandwich and it was nasty gross. We’ve tried the taco salad no flavor. Chicken Parmesan is just the marinara sauce. It’s not spaghetti sauce. We no sooner sat down and the waitress, asked us. What do we want to eat ? not what we wanted to drink. Once we told her what we wanted to drink then she said you’re ready to order. No hadn’t even had a chance to look at the menu the waitress looked like she was hung over hair was greasy . She was dressed very sloppy , her clothes was wrinkled. She had two tables and she never came back and asked us if we wanted to refill or anything else? Or was anything OK?
We won’t be back this is our second time there.

Was told 20 minutes over the phone so I came in after about 15 minutes to pay and wait for the pizza. Ended up standing inside while the staff stood around and made tiktoks rather than making the pizza. After waiting 30 minutes insidemy pizza was finally done. The mozzarella sticks in my order were cold after sitting on the shelf that long. Would not recommend

Like to stop in for a beer and a snack when I'm in the area
Was always told how great this place is so I decided to try them for the first time yesterday, worst experience and the pizza slices was disgusting. The girl tells us as she hands it to us it was old n ready to be thrown out ... never again!!

If you are in Maine and want to try a Staple family owned Restaurant. Pats Pizza is it! Been serving the local community for decades, priced right & the food is always yummy! I highly recommend the thin crust pizza they have soo good. Also the Taco Salad is a hefty delight!
