Great service. Kind of an odd location.

Veggies were disgusting, everything had turned to a single shade of brown including the lettuce, guac and even the green peppers (that's a new one for me). Every veggie needed to be replaced, and I don't think the two teenagers working there were aware of that or they just didn't care. The bathroom was also out of order and the whole place just needed a good clean. The owner should be ashamed of this location. Just go eat somewhere else.

Hey Bacon, where you at? Stopped by this Subway for a footlong BLT and left wondering if the “B” in BLT stands for barely.
Three strips of bacon, a shy little pile of lettuce, and what I think was a single swipe of mayo—like someone waved the knife near the bread and called it good. Only one bread option, too. Just a dry, pale loaf, confused about where its friends were.
If you’re into disappointment and chewing on regret, highly recommend. Otherwise heed to the reviews on this Yarmouth Subway.

Same as the other reviews. Our sandwiches were severely lacking in the standard amount of meat that's required for the types we ordered. One sandwich didn't even have lettuce on it, which was the first ingredient listed and the other sandwich was missing 2 vegetables. I tried ordering wheat, but while confirming the order online I received a notification that they were out of wheat. When we picked up there was no bread being made so they were just rolling with what they had at 4pm. Incredibly disappointing and a waste of money. Online ordering should have tipping the same as Starbucks and let you adjust the tip according to what you've received, because otherwise I'm wasting money giving extra to someone that couldn't even meet the set standards.

This store consistently rips people off, check out the reviews on doordash, you ask for double meat, they don't add it, ask for mayo, sandwich comes dry. Over priced for a bad product, don't go here.

Stopped into to grab some sandwich before a game. When we finally greeted, the question was “ what kind of bread you want?” After my daughter gave her the basic 1st answer, & then was completely ignored by one girl while she finished the transaction with the previous customer. I got the other girl who kept interrupting MY process to converse with someone in the back giggling. The bacon was still quite chewy & didn’t get the extra bacon I was charged for & bun barely toasted.
I won’t go back to that store. Quite disappointed.

The worst subway I’ve been to, they scimp on the amount of meat there should be and this has been an ongoing problem. Not just a one time occurrence. It will get to a point where people refrain from using this location and they close down. Looking forward to that day or new owners. Fed up.

Good food with quick service! The staff was very nice and friendly. Everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. Definitely a great spot for a quick and tasty meal!
Sent a complaint online and got zero response, so if that’s how it’s going to be, then everyone should know how horrible this location is. There is a set standard on how much meat should be placed on each sandwich and what we got was unacceptable. The photo shows it all and we got 2 sandwiches, both horribly lacking in meat and also toppings…we just moved to the area and frequent Subways often-we aren’t tourists you can take advantage of, so you will be losing out on a lot of money from this family. We absolutely will never go back to this location….

Went in yesterday and waited over 10 minutes while the employee prepared just two ham and cheese sandwiches for the customers ahead of me.
It was a Wednesday, and the advertised special was meatballs — yet I was told by both the staff member and the shift manager that neither of them were trained on food prep and couldn’t prepare any fresh meatballs.
As someone who worked at Subway for years, I know that all team members should be trained in food prep. It’s part of the job and not difficult — especially for items that are supposed to be ready throughout the day.
According to them, everything out had been prepped days in advance. That’s not just disappointing — it raises serious concerns about freshness and food safety.
I won’t be returning. This seems like a setup for food poisoning, not a proper food service operation.

2 employees on staff no other customers, its a rainy day and one of the employees parked their car blocking the walkway. Had to walk through wet grass to use walkway. Looked like a deliberate parking to block the walkway to me. Remembered the exit where the handicapped ramp is on the side of the building so used that exit to go out. The young man making my husbands sandwich was attentive and immaculate making it, it was the woman that came from out back with cut tomatoes that reached across in front of the young man and over my husbands sandwich to switch out the tomatoes that made this experience a 1 star. The young man stepped back, the woman stepped forward with her dirty shirt over my husband's sandwich to finish the swap out. The young man reached across in front of her and pulled the sandwich toward himself away from her chest to finish making it. Instead of allowing him to finish making the sandwich she started a conversation with him and how it didn't take long to slice the tomatoes and about a couple of other things. He was finally able to finish the sandwich and cash me out. I was dumbfounded! The young man did great, this rating is the blocked walkway and the woman's unprofessional and gross incompetence. She could have waited for him to be done making the sandwich before doing what she did. We have had the most horrible experiences at this location. Only going back when we know there are new employees, hoping it will be better and still disappointed. We live and work in Yarmouth and will travel to a different town to get our Subway. This one is always subpar!
Terrible. The young man behind the counter mumbled every word. Had his phone playing rap loudly over the Subway radio. Admitted out loud that he didn't enjoy being busy. Put zero effort into the sandwhiches - they were cut lopsided, barely filled, and the teriyaki chicken in my sandwhich was ice cold. We had to keep repeating the order over his loud music. Then he kept trying to upsell us, so we finally got some chips so he would cash us out. Very unprofessional, I would not come back here again if I was starving. Subway, you can do better than this.
Ryan is the best! I called to ask if they took coupons. After the call I said we're going there because he sounds like a nice guy. Engaging as he made our sandwiches, trying to construct them perfectly to our liking. Chatted with him a little after we ate but we really had to go meet someone. Ryan is a valuable asset to Subway and would be to any team. When he is ready, hire him for your welding shop. He will be the best!
Food was really good, I brought my 2 Kids and they enjoyed it.
I somehow am never actually able to leave with a sandwich from here. They seem to always be struggling which is unfortunate because the location is one of the only fast food options in the area.
