Deisha made our experience AMAZING. From the service she provided, I would return and recommend her personally to others they visit this restaurant.

When we arrived for breakfast the restaurant was mildly busy but nothing crazy. We had 4 people at our table and it took about 20 minutes for server to even come up to us and ask us for our drink orders. While we were waiting another customer needed something from the servers and was forced to walk into the kitchen and ask them since no one was out on the floor. After we placed our orders we waited another hour at least for breakfast food (mostly eggs) to be brought out. When we tasted the food it all had a weird and oddly greasy flavor. I truly think the problem with this place is poor management, not enough staff, and poor training. If you are looking for a breakfast spot you will be disappointed.

Other than the meal, it was great!
10 guys. Beet salad with no dressing and 1.5 hours for entrees. DO NOT COME. Slop
Very clean. Prompt service. Calmingn ambient. Definitely recommend compared to other nearby places.
We tried to order the salted bread appetizer and were told they had not prepared any bread for the night. I ordered the fish and chips and the fish had the consistency of frozen fish sticks.
the restaurant in a whole was very good the only problem was the food wasn’t cooked all the way and cold. the service was great and the atmosphere was great and very well decorate.
We ate here for breakfast, and the food was mediocre at best. Nothing seemed particularly homemade. Ihop probably has a better breakfast. The atmosphere was nice, but the food does not match. You are better off going off-site for breakfast.
Only the breakfast buffet was available on the Friday and Saturday we stayed at Grand Traverse in March of 2025. Friday they were also making omelettes to go with the buffet. No omelettes were offered on Saturday and there were less items on the buffet. The menu they show online looks very good. Too bad none of that was available. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Not impressed with only having the buffet available. Only a handful of customers there both times we went.
First time here. The service was Great, and the food was Amazing.

It’s restaurant week and we spent more than $100 dollars. We are going to McDonald’s now. If that doesn’t tell you not to come here, I don’t know what does.
I ordered the pork chop and it had a great presentation but when I cut it, it was raw. I was disgusted. They offered to cook it more but I chose the steak bite sandwich instead. My daughter had ordered the same thing. Hers was grilled mine was not. They tasted bad and we both ended up with diarrhea the next day.
The atmosphere makes you think you’re eating at a nicer restaurant. Service was fine. The waitstaff (our server and the hostess were great). However the food was the most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten. I didn’t even eat it. Tried 2 bites and couldn’t do it. Specifically the short rib melt is not short rib, it was grey and you got 2 tiny slices per half sandwich. It was the same for all 4 of us out of 18 that ordered it. Absolutely gross. Serving sizes are terrible for the price. The whipped feta tasted stale. I wish I could get my money back. The only thing you should order is kids chicken tenders or kids pizza.
