Howies crown jewel is the custom flavored crusts! Deep dish is delicious and always a good value. the salad are also amazing and there are many locations to choose from. very important to always use the app to get rewards and special discounts. i hope one day they offer bread sticks that you can flavor like the crust!

Great pizza, and it didn't take long for it to be ready after ordering in store, about 10 minutes.

Used to love this place. Saw a DoorDash driver come in for a large catering order and since it was 20 pizzas, he wasn’t happy when he was told “sorry, we canceled that so our own driver can take that.” I was furious for him! Rightfully, he asked “so you’re not delivering orders unless you find it worth your while and then outsourcing the bad tipping orders and the cashier just said “sorry. It’s just how we do it.” It’s despicable business practice and I won’t ever be returning to this location if they’re picking and choosing which order they FEEL like taking. You either need the help or you don’t. You made someone waste gas, drive over to your location and just say “sorry, not sorry. It’s too nice of a tip so we don’t want you to take it.” Dirty practice and if you’re okay with that, I won’t be doing business with you.

I frequently order from this store and always have good experiences. Tonight, I ordered to their location on accident and needed to cancel the order. They assisted me without charge.

Order not ready at pickup time even though I ordered an hour and a half in advance. Then I was served after a doordasher even though I was first in line and our orders finished at the same time.

my favorite spit ti get hungry howie's! we live in ionia and drive all the way to ada to get hungry howies and it's so delicious every time and pretty fast! I do wish we had had a hungry howies in our town instead of all these other crappy pizza places lol hungry howies has been my favorite thing to eat since I was a kid when I first had it lol

Everyone that works here has a great a great attitude, if for some reason they are really busy and your orders decently late they will give you a discount. Customer service is always so helpful. The pizza here is so good and much better than the other pizzas in ada. I recommend trying it at least once and i can almost guarantee that you'll be addicted and coming back for more.

Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies for topping and also they offer salads, they have green peppers , red onions, mushrooms, black olives, green olives, jalapeños, pineapple, feta, tomato and banana peppers.

Dietary restrictions: They also have a gluten free pizza dough for people who are sensitive to gluten.

Pretty mid pizza, taste like it was reheated from frozen. But hey, it was kinda cheap.

The food is always made fresh and the employees are very pleasant. It won't take forever to get your food, and it's always hot.

The ordering process was painless, the food was ready on-time, staff was friendly, and the food tasted good. What else could you want?

Always good pizza, obviously the flavored crust is what makes it better! Though, it’s a chain, so you getting consistency over quality.

Amazing pizza overall, took a while to be made.
