Just like every other McDonald's the employees do not seem to care about the quality of the food or the accuracy of orders. This time I ordered using Uber. None of our drinks had straws. One of the sandwiches was sloppily wrapped and falling apart. And the order was missing items. I know that this could have been a failure of the driver but I have had too many issues at multiple McDonald's locations to accept that. This is the second location I've posted a review on and I've had many other experiences. Two words. Quality Control.

I went to wash my hands before eating and was disgusted by the layer of filth on everything. I'm talking doors, walls, floors windows all covered in something. Bathroom to lobby there was grease and dirt on everything. One of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever seen.

Yet another McDonalds that marks your order complete IMMEDIATELY and makes you stand there 5+ minutes. AND I had to go back in when I realized that she hadn't given me my drink. You can see when I ordered and when I received my food. But the screen said my food was ready 5 minutes ago. And to top it off my Big Mac had no pickles and almost no lettuce. I order extra onions because if you don't you might find 1 or 2 of those super expensive dehydrated onions at any McDonalds if you don't. But extra anything else and they make you pay a ridiculous amount extra for. Also my fries were cold because she put them in the bag while waiting 5 minutes for my incorrect Big Mac. And the medium fry box was only about 60% full so basically a small one for medium price. Piss poor service and food quality. All in all a 1* is too generous. And I definitely won't be back to this location

Multiple employees have been messing up my order every time I come through, and I And I’ve noticed it’s not every time.
I simply ordered two burgers, and they were covered with mayonnaise…. I showed the manager how much mayonnaise there was on my burgers. And it was literally covered on me. The burger dropped out of my hand.
He continued to treat me like an idiot. And he told me it was “”one pump of mayonnaise” there was mayonnaise over the burger inside and out of the sandwich. On the wrapper. And mayonnaise over my clothes and my dashboard.
The men and women here are disgraceful, and insufferable.

The service is horrible here. I went through the drive thru and there was only one or two cars in front of me. I was told to park in spot 5. After about 10 minutes my food came out. They got both hamburgers wrong even though the receipt show it was ordered correctly. I went into the store and there were only a couple of people there. I explained my order twice to the guy at the counter. They got my order wrong AGAIN! There were over 10 people in the kitchen and it took almost 30 minutes to get my order through the drive thru. They finally got it correct and told me this NEVER happens. There was another guy that had the same issue and we spoke about it as we waited. You guys need to get it together at this location… the inmates are running the asylum!!!
There are no words for terrible the service is at this place. There's a solid chance you will sit in your car for several minutes before someone actually addresses you in the drive thru. But don't dare ask, "Hello?" because the person responsible for taking your order will *literally scold you for being impatient* as you watch multiple cars in the other lane casually place their order and pull forward. This is the second time (and, god willing, the last) that I try to use this McDonalds. Fool me once ...

Went in here to get breakfast and use the restroom. Changed my mind about the food, the mens room had old dried urine coating the walls, toilet and floor. the floor was sticky. it was absolutely disgusting and i definitely wasn't eating there.

Unfortunately I am downgrading as it was 20 minutes from pulling up to drive though to getting my fries and drink. Fries were hot, and drink was reasonably cold, but 20 minutes is a long wait for "fast food".
