I want to give this 5 stars because I really do love the place and the employees. I'm giving it 1 star because Starbucks scheduler needs to make a ton of changes before they continue to lose employees and patrons. It took me 25 minutes to get my coffee this morning. I watched numerous people walk out because of the wait. There was ONE person working, struggling to keep up with foot traffic and mobil orders. This is one of the busiest times of the day and there's only 1 person working. It's not the first time. In the two years I've been coming to this location, I've seen several times a week where the barista is overwhelmed from being the only one scheduled early morning. This needs to be fixed.

The people who work here are great. They walk me to an item when I ask for its location.The prices for same items at other stores are high enough that it's worth the drive elsewhere. It's a ten minute walk for me. I go there in a pinch, or for a cold drink on walks.

On multiple occasions, the food is completely cold, and this is just waiting for around 7 full minutes with an empty fast food line. Mind you, this is with just an order of 2 sandwiches, nice and simple, and they're always still cold. Lastly, they seem to be very low quality frozen jimmy Dean-esque sandwiches, coming from Starbucks, a $2 value priced at 4.19
