As a lot of people have said, I’m a little disappointed with how downhill the customer service has gone in this location. It makes me wonder, is it bad behind the scenes? Or is it truly just the newer people?
I used to love coming here but now every time I go, I’m greeted with a cold and upset “what can I get for you?!? -.-“ and sometimes it even takes an upwards of 20 minutes just to get drinks that potentially sit for a minute/are made carelessly when nobody else is in line. I have all the grace in the world when it comes to customer service, I’ve been there as most of us have, but - good grief….. please get some more people that actually enjoy what they’re doing and not trying to scare away all the customers. It’s every time I come in without fail now, the same experience, same two people at the window that just clearly don’t want to be there/don’t like people. Do better. :/

I go here for coffee almost every other day, it depends on the day & who’s working what type of service you get. The new girl they have there now is super rude, no customer service & seems like she’s pissed off working there and that it’s a problem you’re ordering something. She dropped my phone out of the window and onto the cement today & chipped my new phone case when she was handing it back to me, thankfully it didn’t crack my screen. and instead of apologizing she blamed it on me not being close enough to the window, instead of asking me to bring my phone closer to her. I love coming here and I love their coffee but I think they should hire more people who are actually friendly to customers and who seem like they actually want to work there.

We are frequent flyers of BIGGBY - both at the Adrian location and Toledo locations. Visited on 1/27 at 10am at the Adrian location and experienced some of the worst service thus far. No greeting upon walking in, cashier is staring out the window, have to ask if they are ready to take our order because once again…no greeting, they don’t scan the reward card nor offer a receipt, no words spoken. Same with the barista making the coffee. No words spoken. I say thank you for our drinks…still no words spoken. Won’t be returning to the Adrian location. The bar is on the ground for customer service apparently.

Gone down hill. sent us out with no hot lids filled to the brim? Let's cover it with plastic wrap..... have you driven lenewee county roads? Like go to gordens and buy some coffee lids. I went to Starbucks and they gave me lids. We won't be back. Last time it was a tasteless tea latte. What is happening too customer service. It sucks! Not 2 cars at adrian bigbby. Packed at Starbucks. Hopefully they fix their problems and not go out of business.

Adrian mi Biggby DO BETTER!! ..we've used this location for years and have been very happy. Past two visits 10/12/25 and 10/19/25. First visit out of lg cups. Okay no big deal give me a medium. Latest visit. Orders made and paid for, we are told they are out of hot lids and offered to put plastic wrap over top of our hot drinks.what? ..asked for a refund only to be told it won't hit our account for 3 to 4 days. Needless to say the wonderful friendly folks at the window are no longer short, impatient and in two much of a hurry to pay attention to stock. Won't be back.

suuuper slow. iced coffee probably had 3 ice cubes in it, super luke warm but weirdly watery... the drive thru is rly confusing lol. the girl at drive thru was pretty nice . coffe was just bad tho

Stopped in for a Mocha. First time at a Biggby location and was pleasantly surprised. Wasnt busy but the staff were friendly and prepared my drink with care. I loved how the drink wasn't super sweet yet chocolatey and flavourful.

I really want to continue to support local but this place just keeps getting worse with each visit.
I am an almost daily Bigby customer. On the days I work I stop at one of the 3 Bigbys near my job in Lansing. But on my days off I frequently go to the Adrian location. This location has to be the slowest Bigby I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, but I just can't understand why they are soooo slow. I would never be able to stop at this location prior to work because it always takes forever to get served here. Any more than 3 cars in the drive-thru and you can plan on being there for 20-30 minutes.

used to love coming here, the service would always be top tier. i’m not one to bash a customer service worker for not being chatty or particularly enthusiastic. however, the quality of service at this location has SIGNIFICANTLY declined. most of the workers here act as though you’re a burden or speak to you with a cadence that indicates you are stupid. go the extra 14 miles and go to the clinton location, their drink quality are more consistent there anyways.

I ordered a cream cheese bagel, even tipped them, and they gave me the cream cheese to put on myself, and forgot the knife to do it too. their muffins and coffee are also worse than the Hudson location

Not sure how many counterfeit 50's and 100's they are getting, but they will not accept them, even if you are buying $90 worth of gc's. Buy a marker like everywhere else. Try to support MI based business, but when I'm asked to go to the bank or a different business, to get change. Buy the pen.
