Stopped in for a Mocha. First time at a Biggby location and was pleasantly surprised. Wasnt busy but the staff were friendly and prepared my drink with care. I loved how the drink wasn't super sweet yet chocolatey and flavourful.
I am an almost daily Bigby customer. On the days I work I stop at one of the 3 Bigbys near my job in Lansing. But on my days off I frequently go to the Adrian location. This location has to be the slowest Bigby I have ever been to. The staff is friendly, but I just can't understand why they are soooo slow. I would never be able to stop at this location prior to work because it always takes forever to get served here. Any more than 3 cars in the drive-thru and you can...
Free shot Friday!! Need I say more!? The staff at this location are always very friendly and smiling. Coffee order is always correct, I always have a coupon making it even better!! They were doing buy one give one Wednesday’s which is always amazing! I enjoy the indoor part, they play good music and it’s a nice atmosphere!
