Customer service excellence! One person working tonight and she gave the best service. She let us know when we ordered it would be a while (which was fine, we understand everyone is either short staffed/or just plain busy). But she gave us a courtesy call to let us know our order was ready. She went above and beyond.
This place used to be great, but clearly they're not bothering with cleaning or taking care of pests as today we received breadsticks with a beetle cooked into it. Quite obviously, we'll never be eating here again.
just. left there lady. just handle money. and walked over. and grabbed bread sticks with her bare hands. told her never mind that's. nasty. as hell. will never go back. health department will be contacted.

Allen, the owner, has returned and continues to impress, with many customers still enjoying favorites like cheese bread from years ago.
