Biggies is one of my favorite places to grab pizza and pepperoni breadsticks. My family gets biggies 2-3 times a month and I have noticed the service has been declining which in turn makes the food not as great. This makes me so sad because I genuinely love the pep breadsticks and cheese. But the last couple times I’ve gone, we’ve been missing sauces we pay an extra $1.75 for each, and then the last two times the breadsticks have not been cooked properly and I received plain today after I ordered pepperoni 😭 it’s a bummer and I hope it turns around soon.

Customer service excellence! One person working tonight and she gave the best service. She let us know when we ordered it would be a while (which was fine, we understand everyone is either short staffed/or just plain busy). But she gave us a courtesy call to let us know our order was ready. She went above and beyond.

Biggies is the best pizza spot around! We used to order cheese bread by the tray when it was in the mall. Allen is the real deal. Now my kids are loving the cheese bread 20 years later!!! Allen, thanks for reopening, Congrats on the 5 years!!!
