Trish was awesome! She was prompt, friendly and fun to talk to. She was in the middle of training a new staff. Hearing her encourage the new employee was uplifting. Trish made the new employee feel comfortable, confident and positive. We got to celebrate with the new employee on her first pizza she made all on her own. Love this for a local business. 230 Sunday AM cant believe this place is open so check it out. They had margherita pizza, cheese sticks donuts and a cook ready in about 2 minutes. Plus a cubs fan. Will be back often

The old lady was short gray hair was being rude and rushing us when we just came in and didn't know what we wanted yet and then she looked like she was having a mental breakdown when she got the pizza out of the oven I hope she gets better

Biggies is one of my favorite places to grab pizza and pepperoni breadsticks. My family gets biggies 2-3 times a month and I have noticed the service has been declining which in turn makes the food not as great. This makes me so sad because I genuinely love the pep breadsticks and cheese. But the last couple times I’ve gone, we’ve been missing sauces we pay an extra $1.75 for each, and then the last two times the breadsticks have not been cooked properly and I received plain today after I ordered pepperoni 😭 it’s a bummer and I hope it turns around soon.

Customer service excellence! One person working tonight and she gave the best service. She let us know when we ordered it would be a while (which was fine, we understand everyone is either short staffed/or just plain busy). But she gave us a courtesy call to let us know our order was ready. She went above and beyond.
