Biggies is one of my favorite places to grab pizza and pepperoni breadsticks. My family gets biggies 2-3 times a month and I have noticed the service has been declining which in turn makes the food not as great. This makes me so sad because I genuinely love the pep breadsticks and cheese. Customer service excellence! One person working tonight and she gave the best service. She let us know when we ordered it would be a while (which was fine, we understand everyone is either short staffed/or just plain busy). But she gave us a courtesy call to let us know our order was ready. She went above and beyond.
Always a great place to stop in and grab a quick piece of pie. Crust always has a nice crunch with no flop.
