Adrain was an awesome surprise, we visited a few months ago, it was a horrible experience. There was food and dirty plates on the table. Not like the Bob Evans like I'm used to. This last experience was a gem. Awesome service, awesome food. Will be going back

Maybe my expectations are too high but when eating breakfast/brunch I’m used to getting ask if I want a coffee refill multiple times. If a place is super busy I would understand but when there are numerous wait staff -and their manager-standing around chatting throughout our meal it’s frustrating. We finally caught another waitress as she completed talking an order near us but still no one-of all the people standing around-could bring us coffee. Maybe Bob Evans doesn’t give refills as a practice?

Great selection of food with amazing breakfast choices. The staff is always been friendly and attentive. My food came out hot and fresh. O ly thing I didn't care for was being seated by the kitchen a couple of times. It's loud and hard to have personal conversations with loved ones. Although I will return again

Consistently taking too long for breakfast. With the restaurant not even half full.
I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the last three visits have been disappointing. The food has consistently been cold or undercooked, and the service leaves much to be desired.
On our most recent visit, one of our meals was missing a key ingredient, and when we mentioned that the food was undercooked, the server just said, “Sorry,” and then told us our total. If you’re going to ask how the meal was, shouldn’t you at least attempt to fix the issue? It felt like they didn’t care about the quality of the food or the customer experience.

No communication. No one came to the hostess stand. I ordered curbside pick up, kept hanging up on me! Waited over 20 minutes and finally had to send my partner inside and waited an extra 10 for the whole thing to be over! This is sad. Now i understand why they’re always hiring (but don’t hire anyone!)

Went there about 6 months prior to this visit. The service was lacking then, and on this visit. There won't be another visit. The bacon in my breakfast sandwich was black. The cook knew that's why they put it directly in the middle. The hashbrowns were a smaller amount then what comes in a kids breakfast and they tasted like grease. The food looked and tasted terrible. Will not spend my money here again. If you go there I hope your experience is better than mine

I’m usually all about giving a place chances but this local branch is and has always been lacking. I read a comment about a cook not wearing gloves and I also noticed that tonight. This guy was on his phone more than he was doing any work. The entire staff looked like they were teenagers and for sure acted like it. Our waitress was more concerned with getting door dash orders ready than she was checking on us. The food was terrible. This burger was thrown together with scraps and felt like it was microwaved. I’ve eaten my share of MREs before so I’m no snob, but my little girl even commented “this isn’t what the picture looked like”. Extremely disappointed.
