We were just thru the drive thru about 35-40 minutes ago. Ordered 2 whopper Jr's, a drink, and a 12 piece chicken fry. Guess they can't count because after we left for home, they didn't even give me all my chicken fries. Last time I go there.

Making eating inside a horrible experience and some of my food is missing in my order. It's the only burger king in this city.. close it down. The G.M. cant control its incompetent staff. close it down or clean house..

We sat for 25 minutes waiting for our food not to mention the 15 minute we sat waiting to order ! We then go in for a refund to just leave and they hand us food that isn’t even what we ordered needless to say worst almost hour of our life when they are suppose to be fast food

Food tastes great, but all whoppers now days are almost 50% less in size compared to 55 years ago
when we pulled up to the drive thru, they told us it would be a 5 minute wait. at first that wasn’t a problem. but we ended up waiting 11 minutes and after speaking at the speaker twice, still no one responded. as we drove off, we noticed 3 employees inside standing around watching us drive off. horrible service.

I was told to wait 5 minutes at the drive through and ending up waiting for 20 minutes instead with no service. I left and as I pulled out I looked inside and only 1 customer was at the counter.
