The manager with the orange hair was super attentive and served up my food with gratitude. They showed great hospitality and were always a step ahead making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will be returning when I am back in town. The food was good too.

So confused because I ordered a burrito (made in front of my eyes) and my friends birthday bowl and they completely just got rid of my burrito? Really disappointing to come home to see my dinner not in my bag. Not sure if there was a miscommunication but if there was.. next time communicate?

Doordashed 2 bowls from here, only received 1. The 1 I did receive was a pitiful excuse for a bowl. 4 small pieces of steak and multiple missing ingredients. The ingredients that WERE in there were not great. DoorDash ended up giving me money back for the missing bowl so I re ordered it ( not a great idea) and it was worse than the first one. Pay extra for things that cost extra and you don’t get any of them. Missing ingredients, straight up wrong ingredients. Just pure negligence by the people that work there. Tried to call the place and go figure can’t even speak to a real person. If I could give a negative star I would. Absolutely terrible.

Would not recommend ordering pickup, delivery, or through a 3rd party (DoorDash, uber eats etc) first order that we placed, was missing an entire bowl. The bowl we did receive was missing most of the ingredients & the ingredients looks absolutely disgusting. Placed a second order to replace the missing bowl from the first order, the bowl had the wrong rice, no veggies, 5 pieces of chicken, no queso (which we paid extra for) & instead of pico it was hot salsa. Don’t waste your time or money, your appetite will be ruined. Recommend going into the restaurant to place an order to ensure it is correct & the ingredients are fresh.

I attempted to get an order to go. I asked if they could make a quesarito and it was like I asked if they could change my car’s oil. They asked other staff members floating around the cashier area and one of them seemed to know about it as it is in their system. The primary person helping me was still so confused and incompetent that they went back to their manager multiple times until they got the ok to tell me I can’t order it. In that time I learned they were completely out of lettuce and grilled veggies and very low on queso and several proteins. Their line also had backed up big time to the door just in a matter of a few minutes. I walked out at this point and will never return to this Chipotle. I experienced something similar at the Chipotle in Toledo. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Guess I’ll just go to Q’Doba or CFA.
