A restaurant my family, work family and myself frequented weekly, often times multiple times a week, had gone down hill significantly after the loss of the general manager. Great food, although pricey, and great service. The turn off was at the end when the default tip range was 20%-35% and the waitress stands over you while you complete the transaction. It was weird and I felt that giving a good tip of 20% was considered low at this establishment. I don't appreciate what I felt was an attemp at manipulating me into tipping more. Having a 35% tipping option is ridiculous. If someone wants to tip 35% they can just put that amount in the "custom",...
