We stopped in Adrian to pick up an online purchase at Staples and decided to get a bite to eat. We chose the Country Skillet because they were close and just had that sound of a good, down-to-earth family restaurant. Wow! We were not disappointed!! We had a lovely waitress who did a great job, the coffee was superb (and they provide french vanilla creamers!) and the prices were amazing compared to the mainstream. My partner ordered one of the specials and asked waitress if he could substitute soup for coleslaw. Waitress said absolutely not as she was not allowed to. Then we heard same waitress allow two other tables to swap out the soup for something else. When our meal was served we had no silverware. The waitress forgot my parmesean cheese and I had to ask for it. Then I noticed that the lid on the cheese shaker had green mold on it and something that looked liked dried cream on...
I always call my order in and they're very nice and straightforward with the calls. For always being busy my food only takes 10-20 minutes. Workers are always nice for is always up to expectations ( really good)
