How do you write an actual review about a company that is extremely nasty when you're simply inquiring to see if an order was placed or not. After waiting for 15 to 20 minutes for no phone response after the store was still open, yes the front doors were locked as they should be, I asked a delivery driver after he had pulled up whether my order was actually placed or not. The gentleman sent out somebody else who identified himself as a manager. He was very threatening, and yes very threatening and aggressive demanding that I step off the property when I had done nothing wrong but simply to inquire whether money was spent into the store or not. Not a very comforting feeling to approach a person who claims to be a manager whom approaches customers in an aggressive of capacity. The worst part about this was that he was proud and happy about how he handled the situation. I will be very straightforward and say that I told the man he had an attitude and was being very aggressive, and again he was proud of it and happy to announce that he didn't have an attitude and told me I didn't know how to park after I pulled into a handicap spot. Nice to know that you treat disabled people this way. All I wanted was to see if the order was placed or not. The man claiming to be a manager refused to provide his name and general managers name. Thank you for this amazing experience.

UPDATE: If you want to be HAPPY with your order, get Hungry Howies; THEY don't mess up and skimp, so much that it seems the ingredients come out of their, own paychecks. They mess up almost every time now. Was my favorite, but my son just got a ridiculous amount of sauce on his tots, literally like an "×××× you" and they were very cold because I didn't get the text. Not sure if that's their fault or tech issue. Anyways I'm going to spend my 120 points in Toledo and never order from here again. My front door is right by the street, and I pick no contact, so they just drop and go. I tipped higher than usual for the cold. Ridiculous. I'm about to warm up my tots because they're literally cold. Seems intentional. I guess because I complained that they ALWAYS didn't make the tots with all the ingredients that are supposed to be on them. My bad for wanting to receive the product you offer. I worked in fast food for years, it's not rocket science, but IQs have decreased dramatically so I guess FIVE ingredients is SUPER hard now. Correct them and they get angry instead of being sorry. Last time answered "hello" and I had to ask "is this dominos?" My number is linked to my account. Won't be eating from here anymore, because I would ABSOLUTELY expect spit or worse from people who behave like this AT WORK. Literally every Dominos I've ordered from has been polite, fast, and delicious. The owner of the company is obviously doing something right. If he writes a book other business men should read it. Good job!!

I order another and frist they didn't show I called.the lady said he was there you didn't leave apt #.they where quick getting it back like they resent the same pizza.it was dried and almost burnt.the women was rude and not uselly this unhappy but today sucked

Ordered carryout and it was ready when I arrived. I paid. I even tipped. Sadly, the food wasn't worthy of the money paid on the bill, let alone a tip. My pasta barely covered the bottom of the tin it was in and it definitely wasnt very saucy or cheesy. My better half ordered a 2 topping pizza. It was a joke. There were no toppings and half did not even have cheese. Tried calling and got a message saying they weren't taking calls, only online orders , so I couldn't even speak to anyone about my disappointment and they didn't have voice mail so I couldn't even leave a message. Not cool.

My favorite thing on the menu was the chicken Alfredo bread bowls I go to order one the other day only to find out this location has discontinued them. They’re not hard to make you already have the pizza dough I don’t get why it’s so hard to continue this. I really am disappointed in plan on making a formal complaint.
