We waited over 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches, the person working at the register was super rude, nobody ever said hi or sorry for the wait. They were all just joking around. If I were the manager I would have fired all of them. And if the manager was here he should be fired too. Worst fast food experience ever

Super slow to acknowledge us... BUT the woman who was making our subs kept sniffling and wiping the tip of her nose with the wrist part of her gloves, then wiping her gloves on her apron just before making our food. We couldn't take watching that anymore so we told her and left.

I go to Jersey Mikes often, always have great things to say and the staff usually practices clean and sanitary tasks. Today was the opposite I saw a clean shaven male with blonde hair didn’t catch his name, but never seen him in there before eat a few pieces of bacon with his bare hands. Unprofessional and disgusting!

Great subs!!! Great service!!! I've been here 3 times now and every time the experience and food were great. They have the meats! And every sub order gets freshly sliced meats!!! These are great subs!!! And the service is outstanding!!!

I love Jersey Mike’s. I only have 2 complaints about my second experience here. The first time I visited, they were very busy but got my food out quick! This time, I waited 20 minutes for my online order, which I understand if they are busy. There were at least 5-6 workers standing around and only 1 or 2 helping a single customer. No one greeted me or said anything to me while I sat and waited for my food to be ready. I’m used to going into a Jersey Mike’s and being greeted or at the very least acknowledged by the staff. I hope that once the staff is trained up, that things will go smoother!

Online order placed with an hour time frame to make 2 sandwiches. Arrived to pick up 1 hour later. Waited 15 minutes in the store before finding out the bread we ordered was not available. Had to ask before finding this out. Took another 10 minutes for the employee to figure out how to refund me. As a side note, it looked like the floors had not been swept or cleaned all day.

Ordered online 6pm said ready in 45 mins 7:00 still not ready my husband finally had to ask what’s going on, come to find out they didn’t have the rosemary bread so they didn’t make it or notify us had our phone number.
