Does this location not offer the 31 California chicken cheese steak? I never see it on their menu but always see it at other locations

I have been here a few times since it opened and it’s just not that great of food for the price. I gave it a good try but I’m to turned away by each sandwich. I would stick to Jimmy John’s in town.

As someone’s that works in a restaurant this is the worse experience I’ve ever had food service. My subs were supposed to be ready at 6:10 didn’t not get my food until 6:25 and then we got back home and 1/4 of the subs were made correctly. It was the fact certain things that came on the sandwich in the app like for example: the number nine sandwich comes with bacon there was no bacon on the sandwich. Another sub that was messed was the number 7, this sandwich had things I didn’t even order like banana peppers. The fact that I was not greeted and asked what order I was picking up for. I was completely confused because we have never had an issue like this before.

I’ll start with I’ve been a fan of Jersey Mike’s since 2012 and eat at several locations across four states when traveling. The Adrian location has been terrible since day one. I figured give them some time to work out the issues. So far, the handful of times I’ve been there, they can’t get my order right while all of the other locations can provide my simple order. #42 extra chipotle, swap the peppers for cold banana peppers. Tonight, they skimped on all of the ingredients! Light on the chicken, chipotle, and banana peppers making for a dry sandwich. Terrible, I think this will be the last time I order anything from the Adrian location. Very disappointed. This definitely doesn’t fit the “Jersey Mike’s” experience that all other locations knock out of the park.

Finally Tried It!! It was so good!!! Had the # 17, the Cheesesteak, and I must say, the bread is superior, and this sub rocks! Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful, and it's very clean. Give it a try!
The American military couldn’t keep my pregnant self away from a mikes way grilled Italian sub. The customer service is always excellent and the people are always kind, there were two gentleman and one lady working who I can’t speak highly enough about. 10/10.

I went into the restaurant to order a sub. 3 people working there. No one else was in the restaurant. They didn't say hello nor they asked to take my order. It felt like they didn't care to acknowledge me at all. I was standing there for a few minutes and then I decided to go elsewhere since they weren't interested at all. Very poor service!

The customer service was very poor. There were several young men working & it wasn't the 'back' of the house that was the problem, it was front and center, AT THE FRONT counter, making fun of customers for being overweight and joking, on and on about it. SOMEBODY needs to send these young men back to kindergarten to teach them manners. Sorry to say this Jersey Mike's, but this is who you have representing your name ! Hopefully your company offers Customer Service training and a Secret Shopper doesn't come in !! Good luck !
