Foods great but the delivery is so bad. Kind of embarassing when the slogan of the company is litterally freaky fast delivery. I only live a couple minutes away and it always takes at least an hour to get here

Customer Service was pure Dog water. Don’t count on them for deliveries, won’t even call & update them if there’s a delay or lack of drivers. Waited almost an hour for my delivery only to get a sad story and no urgency of them making the situation better.

Tried to call to get a delivery they tell me it's out of there delivery area but they deliver for my husband at the same place all the time and have delivered for me to the same address before. If I could give them a zero I would. They take forever to deliver the food if you can even get them to deliver it at all. I don't even live that far from them 2.8 miles. And they can't deliver to me sounds like they just don't want to.

I got called for an interview, went and got hired on the spot and sent a schedule. I show up for my shift just for the hiring manager to tell me he didn’t need me that day because he was over staffed . So why would you hire me? Then said he would send me a new schedule and NEVER did . I’ve called multiple times over many weeks just for him to keep telling me he’s going to send me a new schedule and never does. Thanks for wasting my time !

I used to eat jimmy johns pretty regularly when i lived in kzoo. Stopped for a couple years because the jackson stores could never get the orders right and the freaky fast delivery was always freak'n slow. Stopped into this location, not only was it the dastest in and out order ive had in a few years but the employees were super friendly and just it was a vastly more enjoyable experience than ive had in a while, if i can walk out happy and surpised at the turn around time, thais is a solid place and they are doing something sooo very right

For being really busy, they really had a great system going on here. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. The food was great and everything tasted fresh. It is one of the best sandwich places that Adrian had to offer. We will always be repeat customers
