I’m my gosh- Placed a delivery order at 6:55 online. An hour later received a phone call asking if I still wanted the sandwich it would be another 30 minutes. Over 1 1/2 hours to receive delivery- it was evening and I haven’t eaten yet. The caller from JJ say “he” has a lot of deliveries tonite- alluding to a single delivery driver on a Friday night. OMG! That is the freakin’ longest wait for sandwich and coke

I paid full price for a sub with no lettuce no tomato and no mayonnaise. I know it’s picky, but I’m also a paying customer. I received a sub with two pieces of ham on it. No cheese. And seriously the bread wasn’t even covered with the ham when I tell you it was literally too skimpy pieces. The fact that you guys could send that out the door and think that was OK is beyond me. And then the girl reading the intake tickets for new subs complains that she didn’t get a tip. Have a huge feeling it was her that made it.

Asked for A ham and cheese provolone sandwich. I guess they only give just ham for that. And what kind of amount is that. I also heard an employee complaining that people were not tipping. Real classy Jimmy John. This was October 23 about 4:00pm.

Nothing freaky fast about this location lately. Waited 45 minutes for pickup sandwiches twice in the last couple of months. They seem prioritize walk ups and never make pickup orders until you’re there and ask for it. Don’t order ahead and maybe it will be better.

Foods great but the delivery is so bad. Kind of embarassing when the slogan of the company is litterally freaky fast delivery. I only live a couple minutes away and it always takes at least an hour to get here

We love Jimmy John's food, but we had waited almost 2 hours for our food to call and only be told sorry we are really busy. Not happy with their service at all. Next time we will go to jersey mike.

Customer Service was pure Dog water. Don’t count on them for deliveries, won’t even call & update them if there’s a delay or lack of drivers. Waited almost an hour for my delivery only to get a sad story and no urgency of them making the situation better.
Tried to call to get a delivery they tell me it's out of there delivery area but they deliver for my husband at the same place all the time and have delivered for me to the same address before. If I could give them a zero I would. They take forever to deliver the food if you can even get them to deliver it at all. I don't even live that far from them 2.8 miles. And they can't deliver to me sounds like they just don't want to.
