I placed an order here, waited 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me, then was told at the window they don't even have what I ordered. Extremely unprofessional. The manager was completely incompetent rambling on not making sense. Worst customer service ever

i’m not usually one to make reviews.. but WOW this store has some of the WORST customer service i’ve ever seen. food is never prepped. if you close at 9 why am i being told there is no mac n cheese, or chicken for the last hour y’all are open?? and it’s almost everyday. they barely answer the phone and even if you put in a special request on a meal it is NEVER done. food is way too overpriced for the type of food they serve, instant potatoes and instant mac n cheese. Management is BEYOND rude. if i could give 0 stars i would. DO BETTER!

Holy crap is the food trash now. It's been a while since I've been to a KFC but I wasn't expecting it to change this much.
The strips aren't even strips anymore. They're frozen Tyson style tender trash. The potatoes are 1/3 of the size they used to be. The pop tastes more like mold than pop.
Just, wow.
Service was good though, the dude was nice as could be. It's just, everything else that's terrible.

Ordered double dipped chicken dinner through the drive thru. Never got any chicken. Called back and talked to the manager Caroline and she refused to refund my money. Said I had 30 days to pick up my chicken… said she had to do refund that day and was closing soon so she wouldn’t refund me but had 30 days to pick up chicken if I wanted….WHAT!!!!! Horrible customer service!

The food is terrible. I don’t understand how a place that cooks one form of meat can constantly overcook it. Fries were undercooked. Didn’t get items I asked for and my $14 meal was the size of a kids meal. It was also missing the biscuit. Don’t waste your money here.
