Holy crap is the food trash now. It's been a while since I've been to a KFC but I wasn't expecting it to change this much.
The strips aren't even strips anymore. They're frozen Tyson style tender trash. The potatoes are 1/3 of the size they used to be. The pop tastes more like mold than pop.
Just, wow.
Service was good though, the dude was nice as could be. It's just, everything else that's terrible.

Ordered double dipped chicken dinner through the drive thru. Never got any chicken. Called back and talked to the manager Caroline and she refused to refund my money. Said I had 30 days to pick up my chicken… said she had to do refund that day and was closing soon so she wouldn’t refund me but had 30 days to pick up chicken if I wanted….WHAT!!!!! Horrible customer service!

The food is terrible. I don’t understand how a place that cooks one form of meat can constantly overcook it. Fries were undercooked. Didn’t get items I asked for and my $14 meal was the size of a kids meal. It was also missing the biscuit. Don’t waste your money here.

Was in the drive thru waiting to order and Noone served us for like 15 to 20 minutes so we pulled around and parked and went in and asked if their drive-thru was closed they said no and had nothing but excuses why they didn't serve us

Food was decent, lori the manager there may need some time off. Vaca maybe?? Extremely rude.. I get everyone has there days but this lady told me she "hopes I get hit by a semi truck" after telling her I hope she has the day she deserves after bad customer service. Yikes!! Then to have your young co workers waving at me threw the drive thru window as I'm on the phone with Corporate.. I can only hope this experience is a one and done!!

My fiance was by there earlier today. Unfortunately, they didn't include an item he paid for. He didn't realize it wasn't in the bags until after he got home when we opened the bags up. It's disappointing since his money was wasted and I didn't get my yummy nuggets. ? When we get our food usually, it's great. Just won't be able to enjoy my nuggets this time.??
