Picked up food 12/23/25 at 4:22pm. The food came out fast and the employees were so nice and friendly even though they were busy. Great job to this KFC and I hope that their hard work and great attitude is recognized.

I visited the KFC in Adrian twice this past week after not going for a couple of years, and I’m really glad I gave it another try. On my first visit, I was greeted by Lori, and on my second visit by Alyssa. Both greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in.
The customer service was excellent. Lori brought my food right to the table and checked in later to make sure everything was good. She was friendly with everyone dining in, which made the experience even better. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, just like you’d hope for when stopping in for lunch.
The dining room was very clean and looks like it’s been recently updated. The bathrooms were clean too, which is always nice to see. Overall, great service, great food, and a great atmosphere. Also love the combo prices. Lots of great options! Keep up the great work, KFC Adrian. Definitely recognize Lori and Alyssa for their great work! They deserve it.

When you call to let them know that they forgot to put your dessert in the bag for a pickup MOBILE ORDER (which should be the easiest thing ever), they are RUDE, NASTY and they literally DON'T CARE. My first job was in fast food, and now I'm a medical professional with 17 years of experience... I don't care WHAT you do for a living, at least take some PRIDE IN IT. If you're that miserable, perhaps you should find a different job. 0 STARS.

Bought my food on 9/3/25 at around 6pm door dashed it bought a 12 piece and 10 piece chicken nuggets with a spicy chicken sandwich combo and the chicken was dried out and Nasty I couldn’t even feed it to my child that’s ridiculous please taste your chicken before you serve it and if you won’t eat it yourself then don’t serve it I spent $32.00 on that order for dried out food KFC please do better

I placed an order here, waited 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me, then was told at the window they don't even have what I ordered. Extremely unprofessional. The manager was completely incompetent rambling on not making sense. Worst customer service ever

i’m not usually one to make reviews.. but WOW this store has some of the WORST customer service i’ve ever seen. food is never prepped. if you close at 9 why am i being told there is no mac n cheese, or chicken for the last hour y’all are open?? and it’s almost everyday. they barely answer the phone and even if you put in a special request on a meal it is NEVER done. food is way too overpriced for the type of food they serve, instant potatoes and instant mac n cheese. Management is BEYOND rude. if i could give 0 stars i would. DO BETTER!
