The food is soooo mouth watering 🤤 I definitely recommend Mancinos The guy who took the order was friendly And when my sandwich was ready, he apologized for not seeing me sitting at a table in dining area. I said he didn't have to apologize but I tell ya this the sandwich I had was very delicious 😋

Usually get Italian grinder, decided today something different. So disappointed another grinder roast beef and the shaving of meat was skimpy hard time finding it. Not there usual for sure!

Favorite pizza place in town! It’s taken a couple years to find our favorite since moving here, but Mancino’s is the best tasting and best quality we’ve found. Customer service is always pleasant to communicate with, and they’re quick to get your order done.

This was our first time in the actual restaurant & let me say this will now be our go to for Mexican food in town! We have had the tacos from the food truck a few times, they are always amazing! The food was top notch nothing like the competition in town. Brenda’s has now been put into our monthly rotation. The service was top tier our waitress was attentive, quick, her attitude was amazing and upbeat!

I am a pretty big fan of the Mancino's chain, but this location was very disappointing today. I ordered the half grinder combo with the Chicken Michelle grinder. I snagged the chips and my cup and poured myself a spattering cherry Pepsi. My wait wasn't very long, but the overall experience wasn't great. My pickle spear looked like it had survived some traumatic events but would never be the same, and my sandwich literally fell apart in my hands, the bread crumbling with each bite, coating my hands in hot mayo and crumbs. There was a smattering of pineapple on the sandwich but not nearly what I expected. One of my onions was a disk of onions, sliced without ever being broken apart.

I have been thinking about this since yesterday because I was so disappointed, so I wanted to make a review to let management know, though I dislike leaving bad reviews on any local establishment.
We went into the restaurant yesterday 11/9, in the evening, probably around 8p. I am aware this is an hour before close, but I still thought we would receive normal food and service.
I hate to say this, but the gal behind the counter was either so high that she couldn't think straight, or she was so uninvested in doing her job that she did not care at all about doing it correctly. Asking her questions about the food or ordering was way more confusing than it needed to be, because she seemed unable to comprehend anything we were asking or saying. And I know it wasn’t a language barrier (which would be absolutely fine), because she was laughing and joking in English with her coworker when we were waiting for the food. Maybe it was some audio processing issue, and maybe I’m mean. But it was horrible customer service.
We ordered the weekend deal for 2 half grinders and somehow received a full and half, which actually is cool even though that was obviously a mistake as well. That’s not what I was upset about. I was actually upset about the condition of the food.
It was barely toasted and the insides were cold - not just because we took it home first, but like it simply wasn’t in the oven long enough. I paid for an additional topping on mine and did not receive it, and the subs were absolutely falling apart because they were half toasted bread, super soggy in the middle. The cold chicken inside of mine, lack of sauce, and completely cold veggies really disappointed me.
It felt mostly like they were just trying to get the order out the door and be done with it, but not make….good food. I felt like I paid for something that made me feel worse after, and it was so expensive!
I plan on maybe trying again someday when there are more competent workers in house, but I was truly so disappointed in the quality of service and food that I’m not sure when that will be.
The restaurant was very clean though!!! Loved the pellet ice.
