Staff are rude and act like you are bothering them while picking up an order. Asked for lettuce on just one half of the sub while ordering over the phone, the staff said they couldn't do that and would have to charge for 2 subs and put the lettuce on the side..um, okay. Got home, no lettuce. Also no sauces, tomatoes or sides for our taco nachos. As far as food quality and staff quality, its mediocre to be honest. The macinos in saline however is amazing, will make the drive next time.

I have not been back to the Adrian Mancinos in several months. Only because the last 2 times we had ordered their pizza it was nasty. Very thin and hardly any sauce or toppings on it and the ham n cheese grinder was very hard. But I was craving their food and it was mom birthday she absolutely loves their ham n cheese grinder. Well let's just say as soon as I walked in the door to pick up our order I noticed it was exceptionally clean and the workers were very nice and Friendly. Our food was absolutely delicious especially the pizza, which I was hesitant on ordering. It was hot and made like they use too. My mom's grinder was very good. Also we ordered the garlic cheese bread. It was hot and had lots of cheese on it. Thank you for making yiyr food like you use too. The 3 people working tonight( 07/17/24) were really nice, polite and our food was ready at tge time they said. I will be back snd spreading the word about your excellent service and delicious food.

What has happened to the grinders, I'm actually from Indiana and was in Adrian for my daughters surgery, after I took her home I told her I was going to mancinos because I miss the amazing subs and the bread they use, and also because the one in Fort Wayne I tried once and it was absolutely terrible,very skimpy on the meat and something has changed about the sub bread, so I was looking forward to what I've had in the past I knew mancinos in Adrian had great grinders! Sadly I was wrong the grinder was made the same as in Indiana the bread again not the same and skimpy on the meat so for over $16.00 for a Grinder with less then a 1/3 not even that of meat, I guess I give up on Mancinos because it looks like they have all decided to not give us what we pay for what a shame! Another lost customer unless you can make them how you got people to come back in the first place, not giving people their money's worth isn't a good business decision.

The grinders are actually pretty good, but the salads are sad. And that is not the fault of the workers, they just don’t have bowls to serve them in.The staff was great and helpful, and I appreciate them!But the restaurant needs to buy actual plates and bowls as a first step to not feeling like I’m eating in someone’s house in the 80s.Everything is served on Styrofoam plates, including things like a salad, which should be in a bowl.(should’ve taken photos but didn’t think about it at the time)

This is our third time giving this Mancinos a try. It was horrible.I am not the kind of person who only leaves bad reviews. I leave good reviews when I have good food and service. The mancinos is Ypsi is my favorite pizza place.The first time we ordered at the Adrian Mancinos it was over 2 years ago. The pizza was soggy, undercooked. We called and they wanted us to bring it back, but they were closing before we could get there. So they left a note for the manager so we could get credit for a new pizza. When we called to get the new pizza they were rude. We got the pizza and it was OK. So today we decided to try again. It was so bad. The pizza was soggy, floppy, and just not good. It was worse than a frozen pizza.If you like raw doughy pizza then you might like it. It’s not for us. Such a bummer because we love the Mancinos in Ypsi.

Order 2 grinders from the Adrian location. I have order from this location before and have been very satisfied but this time it was not what I expected. Usually when I order from this location the bread is toasted to perfection, not this time. The sandwiches were just not as tasty they usually are. I felt like it was just thrown together pushed through the oven to get the dollar in the door. Although most times when I order I believe the owner is there making the food, I don't think that was the case tonight. Even with that said I feel like this is the last time I'll be ordering from this location, because not only did the food turn out off this time but they have messed up my brother's order twice before thus. I will give them credit for the quality ingredients.

I highly recommend Mancinos. Cant explain how good they are BUT Will not be going back to this location! Grinder was wrapped in foil for some reason instead of box and soggy by the time I got home it. Steak grinder was on the dry side. Wife’s Italian did not have much on it. She was very mad with how much we spent and what she got.
