Very good salads: lettuce is fresh, chicken is tender. Iced tea is very good. Music is too loud, making it difficult to carry on a conversation inside the restaurant or to have a business meeting. The store manager was unresponsive several months ago when we dined in, and did not speak to me or turn the music down as requested. The general manager was apprised of this problem and responded promptly (which was appreciated). However we went in a week later, and the music was just as loud. As a former nightclub and restaurant manager, I would counsel that low music volume never lost a customer; however loud music is one of the main causes for losing return business. As a result, my wife and I are getting carry out from here a few times a year, but not dining in regularly wish we would do if the atmosphere was more comfortable.

McAlister was always a place I go for my salads and sandwiches....they were the best. well sad to say the only thing I'll be buying from them is the salads, so far they are still good. sandwiches now have half the meat, not as good at all. just had a roast beef sandwich it was so salty I had to throw it out very sad day

Never been here before. Food tasted excellent. Service was very good. Mostly loved the outdoor eatery. Those with allergies brought a lunch and those without purchased a meal; the restaurant did not get upset with us for the bring your own meal folks.
