Dont order anything from this Panera location. I've ordered a few times from here and they NEVER get my order right. I ordered a sandwich without greens and they put them on there even marked the sandwich no greens and it clearly said on the receipt no greens. They didn't put any tomatoes on it and its supposed to come with tomatoes. I previously ordered a chicken Caesar salad and it was full of chicken bones. I've ordered chicken noodle soup and it had no noodles they sent me broth. I'm never getting food from there again, it's an overpriced joke. Save your money. They can't get a basic order right

girl you put onions on my sandwich when i asked for none, you gave me a baguette instead of chips when i already have a sandwich why would i want more bread you also forgot the bacon in my boyfriends mac and cheese idk how hard it is like why i've worked in a restaurant before i've made mistakes but it's one less step you made more work for yourself by putting nasty onions on my sandwich i guess it's taco bell from now on

I ordered two Greek salads both with no tomato, one with extra feta and peppers. What I got was one salad with tomatoes and extra pepper 'seasoning' instead of the actual peppers, and the other salad with nearly no feta and no tomatoes as well as both salads having cucumbers yesterday and now neither, do so the staff are inconsistent with following the recipe. I had also asked for extra napkins and waited by the window for 3 minutes to no avail as they ignored me waving through the window so due to time constraints I had to leave without napkins with hopes I don't make a mess in my car during my lunch break.

Amazing service. The manager, Carter, was awesome. Super helpful with allergy issues, I came with my elderly grandfather and he was incredibly patient and kind to him as well. And all the staff that I saw seemed smiley and kind too. Best customer service experience in a long time!
Huge new menu change with better bang for your buck at Panera now too!

The lady that works the drive thru at you Adrian Mi location is rude. I asked her not to full my coffee all the way to the top because the lid popped off and coffee burnt my hand. She still did it next day. The day after still again but… I had my phone recording. I called her out she then tried to look innocent and play the victim, but this is your job. You should know you can’t fill the cup of coffee all the way to the brim.

Normally thrilled with Pabera. We live buying bagelbs there and lunch.Our bagels were dry and hard. This is the second Panera in the past two months where the bagels were awful. We are normally very happy with them. What's up?
