I always love going here but what really made my day worth while was a few days ago, I went through drive thru and got greeted by a cashier named Katie. She was really nice and made sure to make my day, especially with speed. She’s the best cashier I’ve ever had the few years I’ve been coming here and I’ll definitely be back! 😁

I would give it a zero if I could, but I can't.
When my mother worked here they treated her really really poorly.
She once passed out due to bad health at the time, and they didn't even check on her they quite literally stepped over her unconscious body, ect.
I can't quite remember all the things they have done, but it was unacceptable for them to treat a working employee so poorly.

We had 3 missing items in our DoorDash order so I had to report on there to get my $ back. The food we received was good.
I love their apple pies!! And now they are two for $1. Most restaurants offer some sort of chocolate dessert, so I came here after dinner just for dessert.

I frequently drive by Rally's in favor of a larger fast food chain. My past experiences have been somewhat disappointing but this visit was pretty good. I ordered two of the double stack fish sandwiches. The fish was tasty with an odd smattering of lettuce. The bun was disappointing. Next it can't be that hard Rally's needs to do something about their bun situation. I consistently rank this chain very low for bun quality. Get this fixed. It can't be that hard. It is literally the foundation of everything sold.
The checkout cashier was attentive and helpful.
