Met my family there for lunch...the place was really slow.

Gave my drink orders, water, and my salad arrived before my water did. Cheddar Biscuits were room temp and seemed under baked.

My Walt's Shrimp was okay, the plate was warmed but did not make the shrimp any warmer. The baked potato was the best part of the meal.

Portions are smaller, and prices are higher. We use to take half our meal home. Now we can eat it all.

We ate lunch here on Friday. The food was very good, the service outstanding. Chelsea was our server and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. She was very personable, attentive and we couldn't have been more pleased with our food or the service. We will definitely be back!

Parm crusted chicken was great. Getting potato soup back on menu would be appreciated

Kolya made the visit memorable with her excellent service. The food was good overall, with only one complaint that the premium side was overripe asparagus that was going to seed. Cheddar Bay biscuits were hot and flaky, the fish was light and perfectly cooked.

Service was great and we were very well taken care of by our server. Getting the food was quick and always had biscuits to munch on. However I'm not one who eats seafood but the rest of my party does. I felt like the quality and quantity for a chicken platter did not live up to the other plates we got. The lobster, the snow crab was overheaping on the plates and decorated nicely, where I feel my chicken Parm and mashed potatoes were just thrown together and didn't even fill my plate for the cost of it. Tasted good, just feel like there is less effort when it comes to something other than seafood.

Vegetarian options: I mean they specialize in seafood, there is not much options

Kid-friendliness: They do have kid menus and coloring to entertain the kids

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, handicap friendly

It’s been a long time since we ate at Red Lobster and it was disappointing. The waitress forgot to bring me my side salad I ordered. The drinks were not maintained until the end of the meal. The biscuits were fresh but dry, we didn’t notice any cheese inside them anymore. I had the Bar Harbor Bake and it had 3 mussles that were not open, so they weren’t fresh. The bill came out with the salad on it we didn’t receive.

As a former restaurant and nightclub manager, I am impressed with the excellent service here. The servers, hosts, and managers are all personable, efficient, professional and well trained. Also, the staples here such as the coconut shrimp, Walt's shrimp, clam chowder, fries, biscuits--are all very good. I have taken off a star for two reasons. First, the lobster bisque is rather bland. There are too many tomatoes, and some paella seasoning is needed (or at least more thyme). The linguini alfredo is similarly bland. Second, the music is consistently too loud, which makes conversations and business meetings both difficult (which is why we come occasionally rather than regularly). Loud music never gains business for restaurants, but it certainly loses business when it is too loud for comfortable business and social conversations. Given the excellent staples and service, this restaurant could easily be at five stars with the couple small noted changes.

Went out for a quick birthday lunch for my mom and had no clue we were going to have so much fun! Paige was amazing! Have not laughed that much in a long time.

Also pretty glad I went with her recommendation on the parm chicken. Delish! Definitely will be back :)

My husband and I haven’t been to a red lobster since they quit doing endless shrimp and were bought out by a new owner and after today we wont ever go to another one again.

Definitely was NOT impressed at all by the changes that the new owner had promoted and promised on tv…. The cheddar bay biscuits were half the size they ever were before and had 1/4 of the cheese, seasoning and butter in their recipe then they previously used to; the ones you make at home taste 100x better then the ones we were served.

In order to get endless biscuits you have to pay for it now??? The place had literally no delicious food smell to it at all which I thought was weird since we were seated behind the kitchen. It just smelled like they freshly painted even though the interior looked identical to what it did last time i was there. The waitress was also super annoying trying to upsell alcohol and then also desert at 11a and then calling my 30yo husband and I kids the entire time despite only being 8 years older then me (according to what she told us)

Overall very dissatisfied and disappointed in our experience and will never go back even when they are only place open on the holidays

After BM our experience there is nothing that will ever get us back in this restaurant especially not this location which is the worst location Ive been too in the country

I absolutely love this place. I've been here since I was little, and still, this place surprised me with how good their food is. I ordered the Surf & Turf with the Maine lobster tail and 7 oz sirloin, it was the first time I had a lobster tail and it was all it was hyped up to be also Bethany our waiter was super nice and her and the other employees deserve a raise.

We celebrated a friend's birthday with a good size group, service was amazing! Food was great for red lobster, I prefer fresh sea food so res lobster doesn't always taste the best. However, the food we ordered was cooked to perfection came out in a timely fashion. We ordered appetizers and entries. Drinks were absolutely divine!

Parking: The parking lot is on some steep hills so some parking maybe difficult for elderly or handicap.
