This was our first time at Sauce. The Mediterranean Chopped Salad was delicious. The veggie pizza had fresh vegetables and basil, but there was no discernible pizza sauce (so we don't know if the famous marinara sauce is any good), not enough cheese, and the vegetables were sparing rather than generous. Amazing food and excellent service. We sat at a high top in the “bar” side of the restaurant. Very attentive service and the food was top notch. We are in from out of town but if passing through again, would definitely stop. Healthy pours of wine is always a bonus!!
Our daughter has been at SHU for almost 2 years and my husband and I have often said we can't wait to try Sauce, that adorable Italian joint in downtown Adrian! After moving the kid in this semester we decided to finally make time.
