Great Ice Cream... Great Service

First time trying this location and we decided to go in since we had a toddler and he tends to do better sitting to eat. Not exaggerating but we went inside and waited for nearly 10 minutes before we were finally acknowledged. No smile or being told they'd be with us when they could. We felt actively ignored by several of the staff and there was 5 people working. We were getting ready to leave when somebody finally came to take our order. Ice cream was good but we won't be back for the service. We could have been through the drive thru at least 3-4 times in the time it took us to get a family of 3 served.

Went in today and two young ladies that were working were not friendly at all. Looked like they hated their job! Good ice cream though.

The ice cream is not as good as it used to be. As well the staff members are lazy and disrespectful. You are better off getting ice cream at the grocery store.

Purchased 2 ice creams, and lady at the drive through was incredibly rude. Said “I know” rudely when I repeated something I thought she didn’t hear me say. Made me not even want to order.

The girl at the window very rude today. When asking for total she said it depends cash or card. Depending how much dictates which I use. I had to say cash just to get an answer out of her. (Note: I very well could have had to say card depending on what she said.

Rude staff. I understand being short staffed, but that does not give you the right to be nasty to customers. Order was made wrong, rufused to make correctly and argued about what was ordered. Previously we had a very good experience. Unfortunately, we will not be back.
