Love this place. Fast and friendly
After waiting in line for twenty minutes, we got to the speaker, only to wait for another 5 minutes before being greeted. Completely inexcusable.
Waited in line at the Adrian, MI location for 20 minutes, got to the speaker waited another 6 minutes for someone to even greet me...then started my order and was told they were out of what I wanted then said another drink and was told they were out of that as well. No one could’ve said they were out of these items when they finally greeted me or in the time we waited to be greeted!? Super disappointed in the lack of proper customer service.
