I gave three stars because its 2025, I was ordering a vanilla bean in venti and I want to make it "barbie" colored by adding dragon fruit syrup to my drink. I can only order it my way through the drive thru and I dont have a car. I have to doordash. I always tip well too, but I would love for the doordash app to have other syrup options than just the regular ones. Some people like to mix it up and be creative and we should be allowed to on doordash. Im the one thats wants to spend extra.
I also gave three stars because when I call the store to ask them what I can do about adding the syrup so i can be satisfied, they have refused to pick up the phone all fricken week. Ive been calling for days now. No one cares to answer the phone or help anyone anymore.

I ordered a mobile order 8 minutes before arriving because i wanted to just stop out front and get my drink- the app said "order is being prepared" and then a few minutes later it said "order is done" and that they would "see me upon arrival" so how come when i arrived, they said they hadn't even started my order😐 why would the app tell me they processed my order, prepared it, and that it was ready if they hadn't even started it... just annoying had to wait in the parking lot for them to make it even though the app said it had already been done for minutes... annoying

I really enjoy Starbucks coffee, their seasonal flavors are always interesting and tasty. What sets this one apart from the others in the franchise is the location and interior. I really enjoyed writing in the corner while sipping on my caramel frap. The place is brightly lit and very comfortable. I can't wait for future visits!

Drinks are nasty. I travel for work so I've been to lots of Starbucks and this one is the only one where the drinks just taste absolutely nasty, like they forgot the sweetener, I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because it's so close to my family home but nah this just isn't a good store.

Hands down the best Starbucks I've ever been to. They are always so quick. I never have to wait in the line more than a few minutes, even when it's extremely busy. The staff is always SO friendly, no matter what shift you get. This is the main reason I like going there. And they make amazing coffee!
