The gentleman that took my order was amazing. Kind caring all of it. I know it was just the drive through at taco bell but with the world we live in every experience counts. Definitely going back!

Typically I’m not one to make bad reviews, but my experience today was very bad. My online order was made about 5 minutes prior to picking up, so I had not expected it to be ready. Started by going through the drive thru where I was told they didn’t have the order; whatever technical issues so I head inside to show the confirmation. I’m informed they found it and it will be out shortly. After watching about 7 people come and get their food and 30 minutes later I ask about mine. They send the manager over who presses some buttons and then they start working on my order. In total I was there 50 minutes and told “sorry about the wait”, but not offered any reimbursement. Later, I found some of the food was not correct. Overall, just not a great experience. Hopefully no one else has this problem.

Guys i love this taco bell but every time i order avocado salsa and they have the audacity to charge me for it and then NEVER GIVE IT TO ME I Routinely throw my change away ordering avocado salsa and they seem to think im just joking like i actually want the sauce can u give it to me. And it’s every single time too to the point where im like Why even charge me for the sauce if you KNOW you’re not gonna give it to me. Taco bell God Bless

Can't comment on the atmosphere but to keep it short and simple I get a good amount of everything on the menu it's a good place to go when nothing else is open the food is okay again I'm a Mexican so it could never be the real thing but definitely helps the hunger and it's not disgusting but staff usually really nice and smile so overall a good 4 stars

They were very accommodating. We did a mobile order and my daughter put in my burrito wrong and I got there and asked if they could switch it out and they made it without any problems.
Vegetarian options: You can ask for things to be el fresco style so that takes off any dairy that item might have on it and it's kind of like pico is added instead.
It’s been a while since I’ve visited Taco Bell 2 chalupas set came out to $15ish (steak)
I asked for fire sauce and for 3 tacos (plus the hard shell that comes in the set) I received 3 fire sauces. I’m not sure how much I missed out and if this is store protocols but one sauce per taco?
For a premium $15? More expensive than chipotle Interesting. Someone should manage this
