Constantly sub par food (dry beans, foul tomatoes, imbalanced burritos) and routinely missing items. And obscenely long wait times for the crap experience tops it off. Doesn't matter what day/time, it always sucks, so it's obviously an owner issue, not an employee.

Had to order off a Kiosk and then still had to wait at the counter for my drink...took twice as long or more than when you could just order at the counter...
It MADE me give 1 ? to post this review. But i actually rate it 0 for this disgusting burrito filled with hair. They may be running low on beans or cheese but I didn't need any added fillers to replace them. How disgusting!!! Start making your employees wear hairnets!! Seems like everytime i order from this location there is always something wrong or missing. Smfh...North Main Taco Bell it is for me from now on!!

Using the drive-thru I stop to get something fairly cheap like the $5 box. That box had the burrito which I wasn't interested in and told them that so I mentioned I would try out the Cheez-It combo which looked like an enchilada or a wrap of some sort. Unfortunately they didn't say it was a burrito So I got stuck with it. On top of that a burrito and a crunchwrap ended up costing over $10. That is pretty ridiculous. I feel this place could be better run especially with communication.

Every time I got in line this week, myself and others have gotten out of line… You can finally get to the microphone when you do and still wait 5-10min before someone on the other side will say something. Are you guys kidding me?
First time in years this taco Bell was quick and the guy was actually friendly got it right the first time which usually isn't something to brag about but I have had some bad experiences with this one.

I had a cheesy chicken crispanada. Maybe a tablespoon of chicken and way overcooked. The chicken chaloupas were very good. I asked for beef not chicken but...my bad I didn't double check the screen. Sorry I was so hungry I forgot to take more photos.

Probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. The staff is always very friendly, however it seems like almost every time we went there (which is a quite a bit because we lived so close) there was always something wrong. Multiple times they were out of Baja blast, and more recently they were out of ground beef, which eliminates half the stuff off their menu. I understand being out of stuff every now and then, that happens to everyone, but almost every single time they are out of something, and it’s usually a pretty big thing. They need to focus on their inventory.
