Waited in the drive through for 20 mins without getting any food. They took a 100 dollar order in front of me and instead of having them move up we just sat there. Get it together!

I was very displeased with this taco bell. First off we ordered regular cinnabon delights and got the new ones but they were literally stale and then we ordered a chicken quesadilla and got a cheese quesadilla and to top it all off, we didn’t get any napkins.

Very solid taco bell. Definitely the best experience with online orders from one so far. I didn't have to wait long even though I literally ordered in the parking lot lol. Ended up here twice during a work trip and it was excellent both times. Fast, fresh, and accurate, even down to the number of sauces I asked for. I wish the one back home was this good.

I visited this Taco Bell today and was truly blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Brandon, the manager, was working the register and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’ve never received such incredible customer service, especially at a fast food restaurant!
Brandon had a genuine smile on his face the entire time, no matter how many questions I had or how specific my requests were. He handled everything with patience, kindness, and enthusiasm. The whole team was just as friendly, laughing, smiling, and clearly enjoying what they do. It created such a positive environment that made my short visit feel special.
And if the customer service wasn’t enough, the food was hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I know Taco Bell is Taco Bell, but this was next-level delicious. Everything was fresh, perfectly made, and honestly tasted better than I’ve ever had it before.
I never leave reviews, but this experience deserved it. I’ve never been treated so well at a fast food place in my life. Huge shoutout to Brandon and the whole team, you all made my day. I’ll definitely be back!

Constantly sub par food (dry beans, foul tomatoes, imbalanced burritos) and routinely missing items. And obscenely long wait times for the crap experience tops it off. Doesn't matter what day/time, it always sucks, so it's obviously an owner issue, not an employee.

This is the second time within the last 3 weeks I’ve went asked for no sour cream on anything what do they do just load it on my items and the food was cold barley warm will never be coming to this location again
Had to order off a Kiosk and then still had to wait at the counter for my drink...took twice as long or more than when you could just order at the counter...
It MADE me give 1 ? to post this review. But i actually rate it 0 for this disgusting burrito filled with hair. They may be running low on beans or cheese but I didn't need any added fillers to replace them. How disgusting!!! Start making your employees wear hairnets!! Seems like everytime i order from this location there is always something wrong or missing. Smfh...North Main Taco Bell it is for me from now on!!

Using the drive-thru I stop to get something fairly cheap like the $5 box. That box had the burrito which I wasn't interested in and told them that so I mentioned I would try out the Cheez-It combo which looked like an enchilada or a wrap of some sort. Unfortunately they didn't say it was a burrito So I got stuck with it. On top of that a burrito and a crunchwrap ended up costing over $10. That is pretty ridiculous. I feel this place could be better run especially with communication.
