I was at The Grasshopper on December 18, 2024 with 3 other people and was very disgusted with the fact that we were asked to wait either outside, in the cold weather, or in our cars for an available table. We did not do either; we just stood in the waiting area. Then the food was the worst I've ever had at a restaurant and the other 3 people in my party said their food was terrible as well. I will NEVER set foot in that restaurant again. I've been there before and have never had good food. I'll stick with Lucero's at Clark Lake.

I have NEVER made a review for a restaurant but I had to make one here…. I honestly feel like you could get better Mexican from Taco Bell or the corner store… the guac was just avocado and tomato’s, queso tasted like plastic and was obviously from a can. Chips were somehow worse than store bought and the margarita tasted like syrup…. Very upsetting to have to walk entirely through the restaurant to get seated. This was hands down the worst “Mexican” restaurant I have ever been to. Never again. Save your time!!!!

My FAV Mexican food of all time seriously. When my mom comes to visit she even can’t wait to eat here first once she arrives! The have the best daiquiri’s as well😋 get so excited when it’s time to eat here!

Tried to call in for take out and would not serve us because our family members were married and then divorced. Although the two that got divorced still get along and talk to one another. Poor business decision in my opinion.

This place has not changed! Went here for dinner tonight! Used to go here when I was in high school back in the 90’s! Still awesome food! The cheese dip is still amazing! Great prices and service too! I sure have missed this place! Moved out of town when I graduated! It was super busy! Highly recommend!
