I'll give then the benefit of the doubt, maybe the intercom wasn't working. Maybe I wasn't loud enough, but they gave me a small frosty when I asked for a large iced coffee, when I told them this, the guy at the window just stared blankly at me before going back and grabbing a small coffee. I also noticed after getting my food they made everything small. I try not to give bad reviews as I've worked fast food, but this was absolutely dogwater service.

Complete joke. We waited for at least 10 min first at the register and had to ask the manager if we could be helped. The young frazzled girl then asked us for our order. When she said 30 min for a baked potato we were out. We watched at least three different customers come up to correct their orders. The manager and everyone in that place was a hot mess. Stay away. Hit up Arby's down the street

I went through the drive-thru and got a chocolate frosty. It was the worst Frosty I have ever had. I don't know what they did with the recipe but it is horrible now!

I have to give the staff at this Wendy’s a lot of credit. Because I’m sure they spend their day dealing with a lot of very angry customers over things that they have no control over. It’s clear to me that either the franchise or management aren’t investing in their workforce or upkeep of the restaurant. I went recently and their credit card reader was down. I went back the other day and their icemaker was down. Their staff were super friendly and I admit that I was incredibly annoyed at how slow the line moved but again I don’t think it’s their fault. It’s just bad leadership.

Slowest food place in adrian, literally waited half an hour for a door dash order then ended up late, rushing, and missing out more orders, they need to work on their manning and efficiency, and if they need more staffing perhaps they should actually call people back in a reasonable time frame and not play around so much cause i know someone who applied and didn't get a call back for two to three weeks, they need to step up more

Waited in line for 20 mins all my food was old, barely warm, fries were only half full last 3 times I've got food from here over the last couple months it's been the same way will not be returning Wendy's The only thing I can recommend from here is the exit
