Braxton was an excellent server, I was alone with my two young children and he was so helpful and when my kids needed to run around in the store while we waited for the food he took the time to come grab me from the store tell me the food was hot so the kids still had a minute if I wanted to wait for it to cool down. He was thoughtful like a parent great service!
Wanted to add the service continues to be excellent with Kelsey! Great CB location!

I decided to take my Girlfriend to Cracker Barrel for the first time and she was left with a bad taste in her mouth. The food was fine except for the fact that I was served double grits instead of mashed potatoes? My chicken and Mac N Cheese were fine and my Girlfriend's chicken was fine as well except she never got a serving of mashed potatoes that she had ordered either, instead getting served extra steak fries. Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite chain restaurants and its a shame I couldn't give her a good first impression.

I wish the Cracker Barrel CEO would stop trying to fix things when nothing is broken. People of all ages and all skin colors love Cracker Barrel just the way it is. Period!!! I like the mood and surroundings inside the restaurant. Don't change a thing!

We had a great experience at the Cracker Barrel in Okemos! My stepmom ordered the fish, my dad and I both had the chicken tenders, and my daughter enjoyed a cheeseburger. Everyone absolutely loved their meals—the food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. A wonderful place for a family meal. Highly recommend!

I love this place. The people there are amazing. Our waitress Tessa H. was spot on, and the manager Mir was awesome. Mir came out and spoke to us because I had an idea for them for an appetizer and even asked if they could help celebrate my husband's birthday which had been this past Friday and they did. Tessa was wonderful, she always checked on us and made sure we had our drinks, and everything was good.
