needs a good cleaning. chairs had food on them,tables had food left on them,thick bacon is paper thin and biscuits were hard. had to ask for second cup of coffee.
Great. Had to & always leave a 20% tip
Very disappointing
I had a wonderful meal. The waitress Shakira was excellent. The burger was the best burger I’ve had in ages. No fast food taste here.
Wonderful food, but hostess is slow in seating people with open tables, servers are slow and have to tell them multiple times for what we want.
My Grandbabies and I came in for some fun shopping and an early dinner on a Wednesday afternoon, 4:15pm. It was right after school so we expected quick service. Host and cashier were very friendly. Once seated it took way longer than expected for the server to come to our table for the intro and drink orders. Again, took longer than expected for server to return to table with drinks and to take our order. Refills and checking on us was more efficient. The experience was fun for all and glad it wasn't busy. Elderly customers were friendly to my active 4 & 7 year old grandchildren who loved the rocking chairs outside. Will always visit again.
The food was cold, but waitresses gave us all options to make it right. First time this has ever happened. Other than that, everything was great, like usual.
I had the new beef campfire roast and it was amazing. Julian was our waiter and he is very nice and polite and spot on with everything.

The chicken fried steak was smaller than I remembered. The service was slower than normal especially for a period that was not busy
All three meals were lukewarm or cold. First time that has happened at a Cracker Barrel.
