I’ve been going to the Okemos location for years and have left multiple 5 star reviews over time. The staff is kind, and always remember my order.
That being said, I’m now being told it’s impossible to make my drink (a refresher) and not put ice in it. I have a lot of anxiety about how disgusting restaurants are, especially ice. Doesn’t make sense to me either, I just have that anxiety. I don’t order out much but this was the one place I felt comfortable going, and would go daily. Now my last option is out because… it’s mandatory to put ice in my drink? It’s not for measurement purposes because the last guy put 2 cubes in it just to say he did.
Extremely disappointed and feels extremely petty. I was so embarrassed the last interaction I had, I don’t think I will be back even to buy gas in the same building.

They gave me a half-full small matcha latte instead of a medium like I ordered. They don’t seem to take any pride in giving out something good, they just want you gone so they can get back on their cell phones. That’s the most Boomer thing I’ve ever typed, but it’s sadly so true

They never get the coffee right. No matter the flavors and sweeteners I add to the coffee, I am always given what tastes like a watered down plain coffee, nothing added.

Forgot my cake was rude when they took my order also rude when taking my money they made me wait a longer period of time when others were behind me they were receiving there items first and the strawberry drink was horrible the mocha didn't have that much mocha in it and the drinks did not taste like they put care into making it I got the brown sugar shaken espresso and it tasted only like coffee

I’m a HUGE fan of the Dunkin mobile app. I use it all the time (almost every day and sometimes multiple times per day) at my normal location at Holt Rd. Due to recent weather event resulting in a power outage I decided to give this location a try. Boy was I disappointed. I ordered online as normal and pulled up a few minutes later to retrieve my order. Some locations have a dedicated mobile order lane and some don’t but regardless whenever I’ve ordered through the mobile app, I never stop at the speaker (in fact, it’s not encouraged). At this location though, it’s definitely an issue. Upon reaching the window (no cars behind us) the woman asked who the order was for. I gave the name and she replied (quite curtly) that the next time I needed to stop at the speaker and announce that I was there before proceeding to the window; she was thoroughly irritated. The manager, standing right behind her laughed and said loudly “Damn, I guess you told them!” And continued laughing. Totally unacceptable to anyone let alone a frequent Dunkin customer. I should not have to feel shamed and embarrassed for using a mobile app and following the norms from other locations. These two should not be working in customer service if they’re going to have a attitude. To make matters worse, they didn’t even prepare the order correctly. I will NOT return to this location again. First impressions are lasting and they’ve lost my business. Tailgators, you may want to review this location and these staff members since you own/operate multiples in the area.

My very favorite Dunkin! The morning crew is top notch – shout out to Jenn and Yera, who serve me coffee with a smile (and sometimes a doodle on the cup!) every day.
