The coffee roll was a size of a hockey puck and was NOT worth the price. Also, the young lady at the take out has a nasty attitude problem. I'm sorry, did I ruin your afternoon by placing an online order?Please note that this is not typical for this location. I've been a customer before they moved from the corner of Okemos and Jolly.

They discontinue items and leave them on their menu all the time. So when you pull up and order them off the menu the staff at the drive-thru gets mad about it and gives you a bunch of attitude like you are supposed to know those items aren't available even though they are on the menu.Then when I try to use rewards at the window, they act like they can't hear me ring up my card first and then say oops it's too late.There is a Biggby and a Starbucks another 1-2 hundred yards down the road. I would keep driving.

The lady that was working was so rude wouldn’t give a refund we placed our order online to have ready at a certain time and no call to tell us they didn’t have a dozen donuts if they called we would have went to another dunkin to get what we ordered online to have ready at a certain time. The lady was just bluntly rude kept saying we don’t have anymore of those kind what kind do you want and these donuts are for an event so that is why we need certain kind so asked for a refund and she said no you paid for 12 I need you to choose different ones. Never got a refund nor the dozen donuts I needed!.
