I came here last night to get food. They say they close at 11pm but there were closed by 10? & the workers started at us and made some weird hand gestures. If that’s not ur hours you should update them.

We ordered a #12 on sandwich bread. Guy made on sub bread. I asked him to please correct it. He scraped the contents out of the sub with his fingers and was about to just put it in a sandwich bread. I said I needed done with fresh contents. He looked at me and walked away. Fortunately, the manager (?) came over and corrected it. I didn't not come to get an attitude. Just one sandwich for my wife and I to share. We all have bad days. Just don't give it to a customer.

The last 2 times I've came to this location specifically my order has been wrong to the point I cant eat that order. I get a #4 that doesn't even come with cheese to start with and they have put cheese on it when I've said no each time. This makes me unable to eat it as I’m allergic to cheese.

I had ordered a original pepe sandwich it was about 645pm and asked if I make it a combo if it would be free. She said yes after a certain time it is free. I got chips and a soda and was still changed over 10.00 for the order. I said that's with the free combo and she said yes. Last time I was there my sandwhich was only 8.00 I don't believe she gave me the combo for free. If I am wrong please let me know and I will remove my post, but even after asking if it was free I don't believe it was.

This is hands down the worst Jimmy John's in existence. I have been coming to this one for several years and their service is atrocious every single time.

Horrible management. Constantly getting orders wrong, but refuse to fix them. Call and ask to speak to a manager, and I’m hung up on. Find a different Jimmy Johns because this one isn’t it.

Ordered pickup and can’t even go inside to get it. Doors are locked, drive thru is backed up to the road and we are in a rush. Don’t bother stopping here for a quick bite off the expressway.
Our professional development day was even better when our Jimmy John's on Okemos road donated a platter for our lunch. What a beautiful platter they made! They made gluten free wraps, vegetarian wraps , and their regular subs. Thank you for feeding our staff. This gave our young educators the brain energy to keep going for the rest of the training day. Ordered two subs a wrap and a #1 through the drive thru. Asked for no tomato add cucumber on the #1 and didn’t get cucumber. At the end of ordering I asked for the #1 to have mustard. They took that as adding a whole additional sub which we didn’t realize until we drove away and weren’t going to be turning around. The lettuce on both #1s were frozen (had literal pieces of ice on the lettuce). Which made the sub very cold so we had to remove the lettuce. And because of the ice on the lettuce it made the mayo all watery and running. Feel like we always have problems when we go here. Very unfortunate.

None of the people working there know what getting a pickle bucket was. They didn't know what gutting the bread was. No one there couldn't even comprehend extra lettuce for an unwich. They didn't know what extra sauce on the side was... They literally took multiple customers time waiting for them to figure these simple things that they actually do. So sad. Sick, and sad af

They are better then the charlotte, it’s disaster there. Every time they suck’s the sandwiches. Turkey Tom, beach club, stuff is missing always.
