Horrible service and could barely hear the lady when i was ordering the food
And they didn’t even make the changes I wanted to the subs, they just made then how they come and I got a toasted sub, was barely warm 😤🤯

Ordered on the app to receive $5 off (I was with my hungry 3 and 4 year old when I came in and we came here for something quick). They had one in shop customer who was in and out. They acknowledged my order, and I still had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. They were able to get 3 in shop people in and out before I finally went up and asked to cancel, and then my sandwiches were done. Not freaky fast. Very disappointed. I am a very frequent visitor and have worked at several jimmy John’s in my past. Sandwiches should be done within 1 minute- not over 20- especially when they knew I was there with 2 kids.
I think they are adding way too much to their menu and getting away from what Jimmy John’s truly is.
We have also had past experiences where they screwed up our sandwiches completely- forgetting all the toppings, giving us someone else’s order, etc. This location needs to get it together. Maybe send corporate to do some better training.

It's absolutely ridiculous this place will not sell you a side of peppers if you order slims. We come here almost every week for a year after my son sons physical therapy (he is in a wheelchair) we still do sometimes...But they wont let you order a side of peppers if you only buy slims. This is wrong and rude and just dumb,

I came here last night to get food. They say they close at 11pm but there were closed by 10? & the workers started at us and made some weird hand gestures. If that’s not ur hours you should update them.

We ordered a #12 on sandwich bread. Guy made on sub bread. I asked him to please correct it. He scraped the contents out of the sub with his fingers and was about to just put it in a sandwich bread. I said I needed done with fresh contents. He looked at me and walked away. Fortunately, the manager (?) came over and corrected it. I didn't not come to get an attitude. Just one sandwich for my wife and I to share. We all have bad days. Just don't give it to a customer.

The last 2 times I've came to this location specifically my order has been wrong to the point I cant eat that order. I get a #4 that doesn't even come with cheese to start with and they have put cheese on it when I've said no each time. This makes me unable to eat it as I’m allergic to cheese.
I had ordered a original pepe sandwich it was about 645pm and asked if I make it a combo if it would be free. She said yes after a certain time it is free. I got chips and a soda and was still changed over 10.00 for the order. I said that's with the free combo and she said yes. Last time I was there my sandwhich was only 8.00 I don't believe she gave me the combo for free. If I am wrong please let me know and I will remove my post, but even after asking if it was free I don't believe it was.

Horrible management. Constantly getting orders wrong, but refuse to fix them. Call and ask to speak to a manager, and I’m hung up on. Find a different Jimmy Johns because this one isn’t it.

Ordered pickup and can’t even go inside to get it. Doors are locked, drive thru is backed up to the road and we are in a rush. Don’t bother stopping here for a quick bite off the expressway.
