“My husband and I were at the Harbor Springs farmers market and bought a beautiful strawberry rhubarb pie for our 40th anniversary that weekend. It was THE best pie we had ever eaten! “Been living in Northern Michigan for over 10 years and never knew about Crooked Tree Breadworks until now. This artisan bakery has amazing breads and pastries. The Epi Baguette is fantastic, as is the classic sourdough bread. Tried the orange currant scone and it was delicious. The holiday stollen was reduced to six dollars. There were boxes leftover from Christmas so I bought one. Honestly, the stollen was too old and stale to have been sold to customers. Even though I warmed and toasted the stollen, it was still tasteless. So glad I came here twice because they do have outstanding artisan baked goods but prices are somewhat steep which is expected in an affluent place like Petoskey.“
