I am very excited this has reopened! I’d implore new management to stop playing a never-ending stream of local ads on the TV. I didn’t love seeing a slew of ads for hotels in Petoskey and golf courses for my whole meal. The TVs used to play the hunting channel, which was great.

Enjoyed an incredible breakfast at BCD! Afraid they would suffer the "new owner" blues, but WOW! offering new (and very cool) dishes PLUS the old favorites were still available. Truly the best of both worlds. Excellent service, great coffee, comparable prices. Hooray! BCD is BACK baby!!Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Nice cement ramps

We had a great Easter breakfast here. Four of us, no waiting for a table. Our waitress Gina was fantastic, very attentive refilled our coffees and gave us great service. We will definitely eat here again.

Absolute gem "hidden" in plain sight! Have driven by numerous times but never stopped in until a recent recommendation from friends. And so glad we did! Even in mid-March they had a short wait on a Sunday morning! People know about this place! Great food with tweaks that put it over the top - candied bacon, vinaigrette on the arugula and pickled onions on the breakfast sandwich. Best I've had in a long time! The atmosphere and decor was great - just what you'd expect from a northern MI camp deli! We will certainly be back!

My server never came back to table after we got food. Never ask if everything was OK. Toast could have broke a window because they toast it and set it under a heat lamp. You can see it from the table. Our fist time back since reopening and probably the last.

Food was delicious! Had the western omelette, mom had the Monte Cristo. Service was subpar, our waitress was not interactive and un personable, barely interacted besides taking our order. Super cool environment! Would recommend!

stopped in on 3-3-2024 the service was great!!!! but our bill and the amount of food that we received was pretty sad.... my husband had the big breakfast and it seemed skimpy, and i ordered the $18 power bowl of oatmeal... what i thought was going to be a huge amount for that price was the amount for maybe $8.... we drive from boyne falls and we have been customers before they closed and went back once before after they reopened and was satisfied each time... but this trip was different... might be a while before we go back again....
