My mother and I stopped in one Saturday morning. This was my first time. There was a line, but not a long wait. The options were impossible to choose from. O M G. I ended up getting the pecan sticky bun. I will also get it again lol! I also grabbed a homemade round of sourdough bread. One of the best sourdough I've tasted. If you're passing through Alanson MI this place is a must.
The cinnamon bread is SO good and made the best French toast! They didn't have too many bakery options when we visited, but that's likely due to the fact that we came mid-afternoon. It had to be at least 85 degrees in the bakery/yarn shop, which made it uncomfortable to be there long. We will definitely make this a regular stop when we are in town.
Literally been coming here for 40+ years and best cinnamon bread and pastries ever. We even have it FedEx to our Colorado home when not in MI. Slice it about an 1/2” wide, butter and then put on broil for a few minutes until golden- then enjoy the best ever!
