I made an order through door dash, but my issues were with this subway location only. I waited over an hour for them to finish the order so a dover could pick it up. (1 6inch sandwich) They NEVER finished it. I called 6 times in an hour with no pick up. I showed up at location for a refund. Door dash refunded my driver fee no problem however subway refused to refund me. When I asked why they won't awnser the phones the "manager" blatantly told me "we don't awnser phones" I left with a cold sandwich and no refund. Absolutely ridiculous. You guys need a new manager? Because I could do much better.

As we walked out she turned to the other worker and said, “this is why I hate people.” Everyone has always been so nice and professional at this location, so this is very unfortunate. I left a message at this location to discuss with someone, but they never bothered to return my call.

The lady was rude rushing through the subs–with putting on the wrong items and couldn’t even put the ones on that come on the sub (on the menu). Horrible customer service, felt like I wasn’t wanted there and it was awful that I came in!!
