I ordered a protein bowl and a Philly sub online. I had to add more lettuce to my (I use the term lightly) salad. The salad didn't even fill the bowl they gave us and I paid almost $11 for it. Jalapenos were requested for Philly sub and we got a single jalapeno..what the heck? So very disappointed!

I came in Sunday April 6th 2025 and a couple of us were talking politics and we are on the same page.. the girl making the subs obviously wasn't agreeing and she knew what I wanted as far as a sub and she refused to serve me.. I'm never going back to this very left wing organization

there is such a variety of sandwiches it never gets boring. The Bacon chicken ranch is incredible as well as the Italian BMT on toasted cheese bread. My son loves the roast beef! I only wish they delivered, that would be amazing.

I made an order through door dash, but my issues were with this subway location only. I waited over an hour for them to finish the order so a dover could pick it up. (1 6inch sandwich) They NEVER finished it. I called 6 times in an hour with no pick up. I showed up at location for a refund. Door dash refunded my driver fee no problem however subway refused to refund me. When I asked why they won't awnser the phones the "manager" blatantly told me "we don't awnser phones" I left with a cold sandwich and no refund. Absolutely ridiculous. You guys need a new manager? Because I could do much better.

Woman was VERY rude. Acted like we were an inconvenience. As we walked out she turned to the other worker and said, “this is why I hate people.” Everyone has always been so nice and professional at this location, so this is very unfortunate. I left a message at this location to discuss with someone, but they never bothered to return my call.
