Can't review food due to walking out without ordering. Went to the restroom first after an employee used it only to find that the toilet was plugged and almost overflowing. Went to the counter where no employee was.... two employees where standing off to the side having a personal conversation while I waited. Finally I spoke up and asked if here was a manager here. Much to my surprise one of them said that they were. I told about the condition of the bathroom. It did not look like they were going to address it. I stood there still waiting on someone to take my order, then I thought better and decided to take my business somewhere else.

Disappointing Experience Stopped at Arby’s for a quick bite while coming back to Chicago and ordered the Corned Beef Reuben with medium curly fries. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. After just two bites of the sandwich, I had to stop—the beef was extremely chewy and tough to eat. The fries weren’t any better—stale and lacking flavor. Based on this visit, I won’t be coming

First, you tell me you are out of wraps, but still have them listed all over the menu. Then, after waiting for my food to be made, I have to call back and tell the manager I am on my way back to pick up missing items. Those items then were not mentioned or started when I got there. The inside of the establishment is trashed: gunk on the walls, garbage and food all over the eating area floor.

Arby's is a franchise. Food is pretty standard and usually reliable. Counter server today was GREAT. She was busy getting another order, but quickly let me know she was going to wait on me as soon as she could...and she did! Quick and efficient. She was not a young person (no disrespect intended, only admiration) and she did her job well. I should have rung the bell before I left.
I would not recommend this Arby's. A lot of machines were broken and not working. The food was OK, but it was extremely dirty. (The place, not the food) I left and went elsewhere to use the bathroom because it was so bad.

Not very truck driver friendly!! Tried to stop for lunch, but the Days Inn motel owners next door blocked off the Arby's truck parking lot. I could not even turn my truck around. Tried to tell the employees about it, but they couldn't have cared less! I had to call the police just to get out of there.
