My food was old and burnt and dry and asked for two pieces dark and got whit meat the food is 90% of the time bad you call the number they have posted and no one answers or call you back.

Terrible customer service told me they did not have boneless chicken so my son got stuck with bones in his chicken, which I had to pulled apart. fingers look like I was planning in oil after I was done The chicken we got was super greasy and really bad tasting like they haven’t changed there oil in years and the pot pie taste the same way like old grease

The store was very clean and the young lady greeted me and all my food was fresh. We have been craving chicken for a while I'm happy I came.

Avoid going here service was horrible did a mobile order it was supposed to be ready at 7:55 got there early and it was not ready until 8:20

Just spent 30 minutes waiting for a mobile order. No one even greeted me to ask why I was there till I called out to them. 1 person working while the other FOUR (including the manager) walked around eating and laughing. After asking about my food 3 times and the app saying it was ready before I got there i had to leave without it. This store needs to fire each and every person that was there tonight. Other than the girl in the blue jacket. SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING!

I am new to the area and was so excited to have a KFC in my area (Albion). I was really disappointed to have received watered down mashed potatoes and very little gravy and the corn was cold. I really hope that was just a one time situation, a bad day or something because we normally love KFC.

Absolutely worst KFC we've ever been to. We were attending a funeral that afternoon. Stopped for a quick snack. Took over 30mins for our food. The young girl was Absolutely rude to us. Even though we never complained. Seemed mad she had to be there. And every aspect of our oder was extremely gross. Raw chicken and dried out taters with very lumpy gravey. Just lost our business for ever
