People were real nice but I drove from Marshall to get extra crispy chicken. They asked if I minded waiting 5 minutes. Which was fine with me. That's what I ordered. I got home and it was original recipe which I don't like. Guess I'll check my order next time. Disappointed. After i finally decided to eat the chicken I discovered it had now coating at all on it.

Terrible service. Had to wait for 25 minutes even though they said it would be 8 minutes. Gave me extra crispy when I asked for original recipe. Chicken was tough. I will not be going there again as it was even worse than the last visit. Can't believe they're still open. What a shame. It used to be so good.

This is the worst kfc I've ever been to! Food is almost always cold, there is ALWAYS a 3 min wait that turns into 20 min in the drive thru and then you have to go in to get it yourself and it's STILL not even been made/ bagged. Have to get someone's attention to even let them know your there. Famous bowl usually is light on all the ingredients. Drive thru employees are usually friendly but this place is ridiculous... clearly need more employees and ones that actually care about little bit about doing their job!!
First and last time at that KFC !!! Food was burnt was going to ask for some better none burnt food but after waiting 30+ min I just ate my Mac and cheese and left everything on the table.. there were no trays tables were all dirty and gross as employees were laughing and eating ( none burnt ) chicken behind the counter.. corporate needs to close this place or find better management to run it!!
