Terrible service. Had to wait for 25 minutes even though they said it would be 8 minutes. Gave me extra crispy when I asked for original recipe. Chicken was tough. I will not be going there again as it was even worse than the last visit. Can't believe they're still open. What a shame. It used to be so good.

This is the worst kfc I've ever been to! Food is almost always cold, there is ALWAYS a 3 min wait that turns into 20 min in the drive thru and then you have to go in to get it yourself and it's STILL not even been made/ bagged. Have to get someone's attention to even let them know your there. Famous bowl usually is light on all the ingredients. Drive thru employees are usually friendly but this place is ridiculous... clearly need more employees and ones that actually care about little bit about doing their job!!

First and last time at that KFC !!! Food was burnt was going to ask for some better none burnt food but after waiting 30+ min I just ate my Mac and cheese and left everything on the table.. there were no trays tables were all dirty and gross as employees were laughing and eating ( none burnt ) chicken behind the counter.. corporate needs to close this place or find better management to run it!!

A young black women about 17-19 years old cashier was rude and charged me 2 of every thing we ordered and when we asked about it they didn’t want to refund and asked if we wanted something else from the menu and I said yes and told em but they didn’t change anything we asked just gave me what they forcefully charged us for and didn’t fix any problem customer service is awful would recommend to let the young women’s go nun of the 3 black women wanted to fix it and I just walked out with what they gave me ,they didnt even give me all my food I payed for, they took the receipt to the back and didn’t come back with it either so I count see everything I was charged for
I can't blame the workers for being understaffed. Waited 25 minutes for my food. They had cars parking in the handicapped spots to wait. Maybe if the owners paid good wages and trained better. This place wouldn't be so shitty.

Stopped on my way home from a long trip. Don't know what happen to KFC having large chicken pieces. They look like cornish hens. So dried out they looked like must have sat there all day. I was always told if you won't eat it why serve it. (Well maybe they like it that way) The potatoes, gravy, cole slaw and biscuits were good. Nothing good about the chicken. 8 piece meal for $30, don't waste your money. Go to Meijer and get a whole rotisserie chicken for under 7.
